friendly reminder that Giant Bomb #17 | FLY AWAY LIL WAYNE or Giant Bomb #17 | FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, LET WEEZY RAPTURE are the only sound options for a new OT title

some mod will just change it in a week anyway

So how important is interrogating guys? The completionist in me is a bit bothered that Drew barely does it at all. I think I would interrogate and fulton everyone, just for the off chance of getting something useful sometimes.

It makes your life a billion times easier when looking for specialists, prisoners, or VIPs. It also will point you to diamonds, materials, and inform you of where other soldiers are.

On a normal playthrough not done to entertain people on the internet, ideally you'd try to interrogate as many soldiers as you can.

I always interrogated whenever I could, makes looking for the target in side ops and missions much easier.

I bet Alex will do the Rock Band 4 QL

I could honestly see them deliberately avoiding having Alex do it, given his connection.

They seemed to realize that the audience has some issues with him and Harmonix stuff during the Amplitude Kickstarter. Didn't they actually take down a story written by him about that stuff?

I don't even get the fucking e-mail marketing one

It was a bit from one of the bombcasts I think, I honestly can't say for sure. I guess it didn't leave enough of an impression on me to think it's OT title worthy lol.

It won't. All about them marketing emails.

we'll see, maybe the weird GB fans one?

I have an ol' George Washington with your name on it if you do the right thing...

I really like how Stasis looks. It's definitely a throwback but the detailed scenes look much better than a lot of recent point and click games

the artist from stasis did these fine looking isometric takes on Bethesda's Fallout games, the Bioshocks, and black flag

Incredible. Spent so many years playing games from an isometric perspective that it still feels more immersive than first person in most games.

That should have never went out of style. Most old isometric games also hold up much better than all the other 3D styles of their time. Stuff like Caesar III or Commandos still looks pretty good.

Anyone have size recommendations for T-Shirt Sizes from the GB store? I'm always between men's medium and large, and wanted to know if they run on the bigger or smaller side.

what isometric action games are out there that don't suck or control like ass

because I'm seriously drawing blanks here

edit: also, speaking of the skylines thread, the super nintendo doesn't have anything nearly as cool as the intro of streets of rage

do you not count X-Com or Diablo?

Fallout 1/2 hold up fine I think

Diablo 3 on consoles?

i spent upwards of 150h playing the killzone liberation online multiplayer
and cracking global top 10
, game was so fucking good

X-Com and Fallout aren't action games. I suppose Diablo counts, but I'm thinking more about games where you're in full control of your character's movements and actions, like Bastion, as someone brought up. Most of the ones that I can think of either look better than they play or are outright bad.

Also, Killzone Liberation seems more top-down than traditional isometrics.

Man, I love Dan and Drew, and I love Metal Gear Scanlon, but they should really consider doing base management stuff off-screen and giving us an update when they start a new episode. Just brings the episode to a screeching halt.

you act like no one did a video feature on Crusader: No Remorse or something

but the persona fusing episodes were often really entertaining.

so what mgsv needs is fusions

hell what every game needs is fusions
