Wolfenstein says Guten Tag

This game is definitely better than Wolfenstein, but still when your second or third choice for good singleplayer is like Call of Duty or Syndicate or CoJ Gunslinger you know there's been a drought

I bet we'll see a sequel to DooM before we get Quake, but I'm not sure what they would even do with Quake when this game is already 3D. I guess more of a focus on rocket jumping and a medieval theme? I wouldn't turn it down of course

It's not even good in the "they really dislike this game and are shitting on it" kind of way.

It's just pure apathy with a lot of bad information and desire to move onto talking about something else.

They don't even talk about the game, it's just Jeff being mad about the most benign microtransactions ever because they hypothetically, in some insane mirror world, could cause some kind of peer pressure (??) for people to get the season pass for a measly 10% renown boost. You're not gonna get anything out of it. This is the whole crux of it.

It's a tactical, slow-paced, competitive team shooter, so there is no one on staff who that game appeals to, least of all Jeff.

Deus Ex has a good chance, at least. The original Dishonored is one of the greatest games of the last 15 years, but only Patrick liked it. I don't see the sequel fairing well at GB unless Dan or Austin really like it.

yeah card and turn based strategy games are boring as shit most of the times, but hearthstone uses its rng elements to the max.

hey guys, I don't know if it was the beastcast or giant bomb but I remember an episode talking about some strategy game where someone had a problem with an insect race and the way he ended up solving the issue was by splitting the race up and spreading them around different planets or something to make them a minority so they would no longer be an issue, does anyone know the name of that game? I listen to the podcast while working so it doesn't get my full attention while listening to it but that game sounded pretty interesting and I kinda wanna get it.
