I'm actually glad they're delaying it for that reason. I feel sorry for the people who bought NMS and are playing the pre-patched version because we all now how different it is. I wish more developers thought like that.
Edit: Obviously though, most people always think about the shadier side of things but I tend to put faith and trust in the team that's been working and reworking on this game for more than a decade.

Yup. Day 1 patches serve a purpose, but if you're making a SP game and the game on the disc is a vastly different experience to the one post-patch, that's not cool.
To use the NMS example - changes to the inventory and stacking limits aren't things that require a ton of work which comes down to the wire. It instead smells of a lack of playtesting throughout the project if it wasn't identified a lot earlier.

Alright GBGaf, I need some advice. I am finishing up season one of Mr. Robot right now (weird ass show) and am wondering what to watch next. I have it narrowed down to Fargo or The Americans. Which one should I choose?
Fargo is way better, especially season 2.
Fargo. One of the best TV shows out right now.
