Giantbomb has made me so jaded that if other people enjoy things I remember that I used to enjoy things and I get irritated about it.

I'm kind of hit and miss with Austin, don't much care for the Beastcast, but man he is very responsible for me wasting money on plastic crap again.

At least it's cheaper than my buying plastic bugmen crap

A lot of people hated the Gusion, but man I loved that thing. Glad they broke away from what a Gundam "should" look like.

The standard gundam designs have always been extremely 'samey' looking to me compared to the enemy mobile suits.

It's just a shame that the enemy mobile suits are almost always jobber tier.

Man, browsing through Steam to find some good deals....I never noticed how many anime-boob games there are on Steam.

Yeah, and Steam recommends me some sort of action I'm not that interested for now.

I guess it's just stuff I was interested at but this years Steam Sales seem like a lot of 30-40% offs and not so much 75-85% offs

Anybody here play Prison Architect? Seems like it could be fun and it's on sale.

Catching up on UPF, the custom Xbone controllers are super cool, but I don't think anything anyone can make will ever top the Lunar Edition.

I've been meaning to get one of these for my PC. It is SO sexy.

I don't want to jinx it but lately I've noticed retailer exclusive pre-order DLC has become less and less of a thing.

And I think that's really cool.

Soo I have been pretty busy this week and have no idea what is going on, on the site this week.
I see dan new face on twitter

WTF happened?

So, in 1946 Einstein developed a time machine for the United States and traveled back in time to kill Hitler, right? But that creates a timeline where the Soviets begin a rise to power and...

Guys.... Doom is sooooo fucking good.

Those rune challenges can get kinda though tho! Doing the super shotgun one right now. I really need to find the right path to follow around the level cause I always end up at like 20-25 out 30kills with no ennemies around me.

I finished Heart of Stone

I let Olgierd die and didn't want any rewards
Seemed like the safest bet but with how unsatisfying it was, I guess it wasn't.

I just finished it last night, I got the other ending. Such a good DLC. CD Projekt should really stick to the more personal stories like that one.

Fantasy Q was pretty cool but it continues my theory that 'everything about this universe would be a lot better if the main cast were replaced by other characters'

I like the vania part more than the metroid part.

I like regular ass Metroid games, and at first pass Axiom was more in that direction.

But most of the bosses I've fought so far are complete garbage. The health bar seems way too small for the damage that you can be dealt, even while actively hunting for health upgrades. I'm not finding most of the weapons all that satisfying. Maybe worst of all, the map system is kinda garbage, with no indicators if there was an item in the room, no kind of audio cue (like Prime's item hum), and a lot of things that you can't just discover on your own. I've found one Glitched room because I randomly used my drill on the wall, not because there was any kind of design indicator that something might be there.

It's edging on what I thought it was.

His gimmick can be that he has no idea of very important world events so he still thinks it's the Cold War and that Big Boss is still alive.
I know this is a joke but honestly this could be a compelling character if you played as someone like this in a spinoff and was left as unaware as he is

dont know how you could make that work as a pachinko game but thats why in on gaf and konami is making casino bank

I will say that people saying Heart of Stone is like an expansion pack instead of DLC might be drinking the Kool-Aid. It's a well-produced DLC but it's almost entirely linear and does little to change up the gameplay formula t hat an expansion pack normally does.

Don't lower your expectations of an expansion pack just because of how poor the standards for DLC has been.

For $10, I'd say Hearts of Stone is a pretty damn substantial piece of content.

It's better value and higher quality than most standalone games that cost $60, in my estimation. I don't care to get hung up on semantics on DLC v Expansion because who gives a crap, but yeah, it's really good. Better than Blood and Wine imo.
