I don't often watch the video podcasts, but the GOTY will be great to watch, at least day 4 and 5 when they are all worn down, pissed at each other, and just want the madness to end

Eh, for my money, Austin usually has more interesting things to say than the rest of them. Sure, maybe you don't always agree with his conclusions, but I'm more interested in good GOTY debates than I am in any one member's position.

everyone knows goty is at its best when Jeff and Brad are championing different games. Everything points to them liking the same Games this year which means the two heavyweights won't be battling as much. The hype and intensity around Mario Maker and MGS V last year was so much fun
Hitman + Velvet Sundown would basically be AssCreed multiplayer

Not trying to dissuade you or anything, but isn't 4K a non-factor with anything less than 65"? Though, it's definitely understandable if space is an issue. If you find one you like, make sure HDR is included. That's the real game changer, apparently.

Wow. Those are getting cheap fast. I can't wait to see what prices will be after CES. It should be noted only the Samsung has HDR from what I could see. Personally, having no HDR is a deal breaker for me.
Honestly don't give a fuck about 4k, but if im buying a new tv it might as well support it. I just chromecast everything to my tv anyway.
