I mean it would probably be even more tasteless if they ignored it to be fair to them. Dude was a big part of that movie, if the cast members and his family didnt feel it was shitty then it prob wasn't.

I still see Paul Walker RIP bumper stickers a lot.

There was a lot of talk before 7 that Kurt Russel's character was supposed to be Bryan's dad. I do wonder if they changed that and took out any references for the final movie.

Yea, they did everything they could to complete the movie without him and tried to give him a proper tribute. I'm surprised the movie came out as wellas it did considering the circumstances. I remember they had to shut down production just to let the cast and crew mourn.

Acknowledging it in the movie is fine, but using it for marketing on posters etc. is a different thing. I think it's pretty tasteless but I also don't care that much tbh. Obviously what his family thought about it is more important though and if they were fine with it who am I to judge.

They handled everything surrounding walker's death including the marketing, the CG Paul, and the ending all astoundingly well.

The movie is definitely one of the lower-tier FF movies, but it's nowhere near as bad as it should have been considering the circumstances.

I've played a lot of FMV adventure games over the years and it's not confirmation bias. I think the arrival of PC CD-ROM just gave game developers an excuse to meet their favourite softcore porn stars and they ran with it.

IIRC they also shut down production because they wanted to talk to his family on how to proceed.

Playing Severed on Vita gave me those flashes. There is an enemy that whenever you turn your back on them their trypo thingys get larger and I am not OK with it.

Yea, I was expecting him to be in half the film or maybe they use an excuse for him to leave early. but they committed to him for the entire thing.

I will never not laugh at someone referring to the meat dimension. So dumb, but it just gets me, lol.

Finally finishing Zelda today (currently at 125 hours). Really glad I left the southeast corner of the map as my last area to go through, there's something that feels very "classic Zelda" about a lot of the areas.

Edit: It's impressive how well they managed to handle Walker's death in the movie. It's pretty clear that the movie had to be pretty massively retooled, but they managed to turn it into a heartfelt send-off without making the movie feel unsatisfying (though it's kind of clunky as a result).

Bought BATTLEGROUNDS after watching Vinny's Unfinished. I normally shy away from the ARMA/Day Z/H1Z1/survival-type games, but this one seems kind of interesting in its faster, more round-driven style. Also, it was one of those games that I was frustrated by how Vinny was playing that I wanted to try it myself to see how it is with someone better at shooters playing it.

Was able to watch Fast 6 and that was pretty cool.

I like how they are seemingly being legitimized with what they do and it was nice seeing
Dom trying to woo Letty again.

I would honestly buy that flip car cuz its hella dope.

Will see if i can watch Fast 7 this weekend.

That's pretty good.

I don't watch a lot of reactions videos, mostly Kevin Smith/Mark Bernardin and Angry Joe. I don't think I'll be able to go back to them after watching that one, though.

Did anyone else get motion sick while watching the Playerunknown's Battlegrounds Unfinished? I'm not sure what's going on with me, but I had to step away twice to finish it. It was worth it though, especially for the last round. My heart was racing.
