Ian would make a good DM. Not to diss Rorie, he is doing fine, but Ian seems to know most of the rules without looking them up and he has a decent imagination.

Okay, I've never played a table top game so maybe I'm missing something, but how 'open' is it? Does the DM have a general summary of the dungeon then just make everything else up? Vinny tried to break the fountain, is the guide detailed enough to tell Rorie what to do if it breaks?

They pretty much make it up. This is starter set so it is a bit more rigid. In that example the book would say there was a fountain and any magic properties it had but the rest would be down to the DM. I think the higher level ones just use the rule book for stats and create the map and senarios from scratch.

Hey Bob Lamont , there IS upskirt shots, you just need to know how to position the cameras in the edit/create your own video mode. You can take ANY MP3, and upload it into the game for the edit mode.

I was liking the video, but the dis-respect to Miku, well. The game is great. The Vocaloids sing a lot better than you realise. Of all the music I have of them, I've only been listening for a month now, but I kinda get the impression, they can sound just like any other singer, the auto-tuning is just the effect they want. As for the language, I don't care it's not English, it's the music itself that's great and Miku has the best voice I've heard for years.

... and as for looking up her skirt... this is the reason Anime gets banned. This is the reason that kind of message appears on the screen in the first place. This is the reason I go to the Google Anime group, some posts a beautiful piece of artwork and a couple of comments later someone calls in "hentai" (porn).

I've never played a Pokémans game myself but even I know you can't do shit in that world by yourself.

I think they mislead him there a little.

Cut is an ability which can be taught to a great many Pokemon, he seemed to be under the impression it meant you'd be stuck with one you don't like because you might need its ability.

To raise the pokemon's affection toward you. If they have a high enough affection, they can survive a hit that would otherwise make them faint.

Quite a few which are quite clearly designed to make young kids and adults alike go "Awww" "That's badass" "That's my favourite!".

It's not really hard to see why. Instead of cute recreations of a real world animal you have imagined creations that are mostly animals.

The game, and TV show especially, really stress being friendly and nice with your Pokemon instead of just treating them like a pile of moves and types. So it makes sense from a theme perspective to add a mode where you can pet them and feed them and whatnot as well as a mechanics benefit for doing it.

Also, who wouldn't want to pet a Fennekin?
