Yeah, I've tried to suggest reigning it in twice now and I don't think it's happening. Things are chaotic, and this is coming from someone who's in the top ten posters of that topic. Just look at the first post to learn who SBF are.
I love SBF's content, I wish discussion could last more than a page.
I can't tell if there are only 5 people posting or all anime avatars merge into one for me

With Dragon Age's embargo lifting on Tuesday I wonder if we'll get a QL, even if it's a solo QL from Patrick. It seems like one of the biggest releases left this year so I can't imagine GB just skipping it all together.

Patrick said on Bombin' that Rorie is checking out DA:Inquisition, so I assume a quick look would be him with someone else from GB SF.

The Dragon Age series got really skewered for one of the games, Origins wasn't it? I wonder how much that will play into people's perception of it.
Deep frying something is an American tradition and it hardly makes for food.

Nah, origins is the first game and it was pretty good. It was 2 that was the shitshow.
Just put it on a stick and you're good to go.

It might've been a block of cheese though. Either way, disgusting.
Origins is actually pretty well-regarded, but it's the follow-up that people hated (Dragon Age 2). With good reason. It was obviously a rush job by Bioware; buggy, worse writing, worse battle system and just a big lack of variety in the locations you go to. The new DA seems a lot better though, so here's hoping. Bioware is one of my all time favourite developers with Baldur's Gate 2 being my favourite game of all time, so I hope they can bounce back. It would be fucking tragic if EA managed to destroy Bioware too.
edit: Lang and Patrick playing Spelunky on the Extra Life stream is so good.
