The top comment on the post is that no man wants a daughter and anyone that says otherwise is lying. A good 10 guys responded saying that's true - if they could only have one kid, it would be a boy. One guy said he would love having a girl and the sole response to it was, "well then you must be a woman." I mean I get that girls cost more and require a lot more than boys in the long run, but c'mon, this can't be 100% true, right?

As a dude, I can tell you that I would feel absolutely thrilled with either gender if I was lucky enough to have a child, but that when I daydream about having a kid it's typically a girl. If I had only one kid and it was a girl I'd feel absolutely blessed with no regrets whatsoever.

Do they really cost more and require a lot more ?

Even if you go full cliche macho boy girly girl, boys have LOTS of expensive stuff because their cliche toys are usually way more complex.... their destructive manliness means more destruction of clothes... most kid merchandising and they are not forced to mature as soon as most girls so you need to keep buying batman clothing for more time, they are favored to drink more and take the car over the girls ....

Reddit is a solid website. It's the community of people who only post on the most popular subs that is trash. I've had a lot of positive interactions with other users on smaller subs that are specifically relevant to my interests, and I think anyone who uses Reddit just for the popular subs is doing it wrong.

Absolutely ridiculous. I'm a man and I've always wanted a daughter. My nieces being born and becoming super cool people who I love and enjoy only re-affirmed this desire.

My mother is Vietnamese and she's still openly disappointed about both her children turning out to be girls.

Buy
On to next store.
Can get through a mall in a little over an hour

Weirdest thing for me last time at the mall: I actually *liked* all the fragrances. It's the weirdest thing. It's like the world is backward. I used to not go to sections of the mall where hollister would be and stuff. I don't know what happened.

im one of those annoying shoppers that like to try shoes on and then not buy anything and then go to the next shop and try another twenty pairs on and then not buy anything and then after a few shops i go back to the first shop and get one of the first pairs that i tried on

...

no, i usually have an idea of what i like then try the shoes on for its comfort cuz even if the looks match what im after, comfort is more important

if they are comfortable, i buy straightaway

Fuck shoe shopping. I have small feet and it's a goddamn nightmare.

Clothes shopping is also bad as my thighs and ass are bigger than everything else, and I'm pretty petite. It's hard to find something that isn't too tight or swimming somewhere.

I used to love clothes shopping as a kid. It is now a nightmare and I hate to do it. Do it as little as possible.
