I prefer the form factor of DS4.
It's not a biggie at all but my index fingers seem to always hurt a little bit when I've been playing games that involve holding down the L2/R2 buttons for long stretches of time. DS4 was pretty much perfect in terms of size IMO, Dualsense is just a little little bit too big.

I find the Dualsense too bulky. Although it generally doesn't hinder my gameplay much. I also liked the d-pad better on the PS4 controller.

I like both but the dualsense's form factor is a bit closer to an xbox controller's mold (which is my controller preference in general) so I'd say it's marginally more comfortable.

PS5 controller is current king. I liked the DS4 too but Sony nailed it with the DualSense.

I think I hate the dual sense triggers. Outside of that, it might be better than the dual shock 4

While dualsense is better overall, the dualshock 4 is probably the most comfortable controller I've ever held. It just fits right into your hands perfectly with all buttons within easy reach. The rumble on the dualsense makes every other controller feel weak in comparison though.
