Hey GAF, first time I've ran a time-spanning voting comp. Really, it was a dry run for the Gen 8 poll. So do feel free to feedback as well. My own thoughts are:

- People saying 'x' game was missing. The criteria was it had to place in the top 20 for the previous years. If it couldn't force itself into top 20 in a particular year then it had to be cut. The results are meant to be face offs between the absolute cream of last generation. For Gen 8, I think I'll do the same; (but)
- As it's the first one, I forgot the skewing of mobile and handheld (lesson learned) so I will descope them for Gen 8 and just include the main platforms. Maybe a different poll for those types;
- Text list at the bottom in spoilers;

Aside from Boring Effect and Deus Ex, all are great games, although number 1 should be Demon's and TLOU should be far away from top 5.

I'm a little surprised Galaxy 2 would be placed so far below Galaxy 1. Maybe less people played the 2nd game.

And Uncharted 2 ftw? I had it as an honorable mention. When we did the Gamecube, Xbox and PS2 generation, even though they weren't my personal top 3, RE4, Metroid Prime and MGS3 taking those slots felt really right. It was as if our sum knowledge had unlocked a cosmic truth in choosing those 3 masterpieces. I don't really feel that way about this top 3. Maybe I'd be fine with it if Dark Souls was number 1 (lol)
