I really don't know, at first I thought it was going to be free DLC or a free artbook or soundtrack but with the release so close and no announcement, maybe is going to be a national tournament with money prizes?.
I actually think he was referring to the free dlc characters for NA (Kum and Raven) since they're not free in other regions unless you pre order or get a special edition.

Maybe you are right, in any case Raven is not a DLC character, you can unlock him for free (in-game money). We will see.
I'm not expecting anything free. I was thinking it would be something like an artbook or basically a LE without the game which I'd be happy to buy.

You get the Dead Angle's invincibility but without the animation coming out or the meter cost, and you get to keep the invincibility if you FD!
I guess the trigger is getting crossed up during a YRC while you DA.

Yup, only works on setups where the attack you're blocking during the YRC freeze isn't a cross-up, doesn't work on actual VCL cross-ups.

Oh, thought it was. Read the OP and the back story sounds pretty cool, the visuals look unreal.
Didn't know this wasn't out yet though, could have sworn it came out a while ago.
It's really hard to tell, Xrd SIGN was in a PSN Aksys games sale like two or three months after launch, but went back to the original price afterward if I remember currently. Safest bet is maybe around EVO or during holidays sales. For a physical version, good luck finding a copy few weeks after launch, let alone one at discounted price if Aksys undership the same way they did with SIGN.

This is the equivalent of Super Street Fighter IV to the Vanilla one. The first version of Xrd, Sign came out last year (and has a pretty good PC port if you're interested, should be on the steam summer slae).
