Proabably a bit off topic, but does anyone know if the codes that come in the console will allow you to play the game early? I know it worked for Fifa 16.

Just woke up from a sleep, accepting the new recruits that had pending join requests to SST. I think some may have had multiple requests out as they didn't end up showing in the roster after their acceptance. Sic Semper Tyrannis is a Spartan Company that takes competitive Halo fairly seriously and are looking for more players like us. Our core players are in our mid-to-late twenties and live on the East Coast of the US, but we are open to accepting any time zone so we can have members on at all times. We look at the Spartan Companies as a way to have an active group of Halo players on our roster at all times so we aren't forced to play with the pick up group of terrible randoms. If you're interested, send a join request. I've been reviewing your service records upon join request and haven't been paying too much attempting to it in general, but if you don't have any game history in a Halo game your acceptance will likely be conditional on future performance. We don't want to turn people away, but also don't want spots taken by players that haven't played Halo before when we'd like to have a Company full of veteran Halo players like ourselves.

I can confirm that I can't confirm that this may or may not have an in game UI component.
Josh confirmed your tag shows up in game. Probably like Destiny, nothing else.
No info yet, but it is unlikely? They didn't really advertise this and grossly underestimated its popularity.
They may add it in the future, but I doubt it'll be in on release.

Frankie - please talk to your people and help implement Spartan companies to be more useful than clans in Destiny. Maybe a company lobby with dedicated trophy space. That would be awesome 🙆
The chat on destiny groups is more useful than what companies are right now imo.
Also company alliances or "joint ops" so all is gaffers can stay together.

I'd prefer to be in HaloGAF proper since this is not only going to be replacing Destiny as my FPS of choice but it'll be primarily what I'll be playing period.
I can wait though. Many will be FOTM people and they'll leave when the next game comes along.

That's disappointing. It seems like a missed opportunity if they just keep it as it is. Hopefully they have the means to add more features down the road.
