Haha, true. I support this post. But I do love me some good campaign. I just haven't been a campaign fan since CE. But I like 4's, so that will change.

I don't mind the BR-AR-DMR dynamic too much, but this second thing here... ugghh that would be amazing and the way it should have been.. long as it excluded PWs.

This is painful. My Lady's mom brought her bf. He wanted to play Halo. It took him always 2 hours to beat the first mission on the easiest difficulty and he kept getting killed. And kept asking where to go despite the huge Objective markers.

DLC and Shared DLC is not loading correctly on 343i servers, you have to reboot your game to show up your data.

+1, you really explained my thoughts and issues of this game. I dont think I will replay the campaign a lot.

For me here's the list.

Campaign. Disclaimer, I have never played CE campaign until CE:A, and the netcode is broken so it ruined my campaign experiance

H3 > H4 > ODST > Reach > CE:A > H2

Multi

H2 = H3 > H4 > > CE > > > Reach

So, my campaign progress got randomly reset last night. At least I was only two missions into Solo Legendary, I guess. :/ I can't believe this bug still isn;t fixed, wasn't it around back in the H3 days

Referring t the 0/2? The novice level only requires 1, so you got that. It's not like Reach where commendations include your progress from previous levels, they restart with a new counter each time.

Eeeugh. It's not bad art, but come on, 343 keep a consistent theme, please? It's annoying enough that the spines and title area change with every book int he trilogy, at least keep the art thematically similar.

He's not wrong. You can only use the wraith up to a certain point. Then later in the level you can jack a new one.

I wish I had campaign theater to show you otherwise because I honestly hijacked the first Wraith at the first spot you get the Target Locator and literally just boosted right through the toxic water and used the same Wraith right up to when you board the Lich. But no theater, no proof.

lol just got another full batch of mini covies on Galileo mission. I am playing on normal, and hit the buttons the generators and turrets in order of distance from spawn. Don't know if that is what triggers it or what...

It may have something to do with hopping on the Phantom. A guy in my Spartan Ops party did it and it was the only time I've seen the tiny Covenant attack me.

Wow, Campaign is a lot more fun on Heroic. You can just do cavalier shit for fun and not die. Banshees are worthwhile getting into. Ammo-scrounging is a thing of the past.

My Hard Drive is completely broken. I can't even capture clips anymore. The writing/reading speed is very low and I don't know why...

Good thing about this is, that I can buy a pretty fast one, now. Anybody have some advice? :p

Just had a +1 minute host migration ending back at the lobby with no results. Fun times.

Edit: next game starts with a 90 second blackscreen. Is unplayable once it starts. Right now it's at the sixth host migration and the score is 300 - 80.

Have you looked into solid state drives? They rock, but are more expensive.
This thread is great for computer hardware info and is kept current by Hazaro. Definitely check out the OP for recommendations.

Was playing campaign today and got the most horrible checkpoint. Playing Legendary on Composer, that bit where the Covvies come through the airlocks with the jackal sniper in the roof. Checkpointed me with a Needler with 2 rounds and a Plasma Pistol with 23%.

Basically had to enter the room with just my fists. Died about fifty times, but nailed it in the end. Good times.
