Isolation remake announced.
You sure it is broken? It needs a x58 (I think) or better, chipset to support the USB 3.0 connection. Otherwise it will tell you, that you don't have enough bandwith.
And you probably did already, but double check the settings in the Black Magic Design Control Panel (as admin) and the settings in the software itself. Make sure you don't have "stop recording when dropped frames are detected" checked. There are some other things, too, but I forgot them. Will check tommorow (later today in my timezone).

i actually think its going to be good.
would make sense to try and steal thunder from blops, even though I know no one at 343 would admit to it, it would make sense to make a huge announcement tomorrow.

Alright, this caused a weird chain reaction in my brain that had me start thinking about what maps would be too small to work in Halo 4 due to unlimited sprint.
First maps that come to mind are:
- Lockout
- Warlock

Honestly, I feel Lockout could work, but it would flow a bit differently thats for sure.. Maybe have an expanded version of the map for the new sandbox, with a pixel perfect variation that is for a 'classic playlist'.

I had a lot of struggle in the beginning. Just make sure, you check everything and try everything. Also, my TV has to be set on HDMI when capture card is on, because the Xbox won't start. It won't even start if you don't press the capture and log button in the software.

Any Halo map with few areas where you could just sprint would be changed, but not unduly so, by Sprint. Sprinting on Lockout would turn it into much more of a CQB fight as you can quickly get from covered building to covered building. On the other hand sprint wouldn't be as useful in the areas of Turf that are close-in and where you would want the maneuverability you lose while sprinting.
"Making maps bigger" isn't the only factor.

I think another thing we're missing in regards to clarificaiton is where the distinction between "long range" and "mid-range" lies.
For example, does the BR still have the advantage over the DMR if you were, say, shooting from BR3 to S3 on lockout?

Economics are typically left up to the publisher to deal with. The developer gets the money and an amount of time to make the game. I'm 100% sure that Treyarch attempts to create a great game, and that they absolutely care about the quality of their product, and strive to make it the best it can be. Just because Call of Duty games aren't radically different each go around doesn't mean that devs don't care or aren't pouring everything they have into the project.

Eh. I played a ton of BC2 alone but I feel like BF3 is more tailored to teamwork than it was. But I'm not a big BF3 fan in general. Loved the Bad Company games but never really got on board with BF3.
