Picked up a $50 PSN card this morning on the way to work in preparation for Miku. Hopefully the store will be updated and ready to go by the time I get home.
I want to give a big "Thank You" to SEGA for doing the Vita version. For those of us who do most of our gaming on a handheld this is a really nice gift!
EVERYTHING is downloading. Aaaaand my wallet weeps.Yup, you have to search for it at the moment, but they're up. Demo is 300 MB.
Which songs are they?Huh, so the Vita demo songs are...slightly different? I know World's End Dance Hall was on the PS3 demo, but I don't recall the other two.
Cat Food & Melancholic.Which songs are they?
Is it me or is the game more lenient on star notes?
Cat Food & Melancholic.
Edit: Yup, PS3 version had Weekender Girl & Tengaku instead. Interesting.
Game = $30So the full price (base games, extra song DLC and extra characters DLC) comes in at just under $50, right?
Just need to know how much I need to have available for this purchase.

Guessing those star notes (IIRC the right name for them) aren't able to be activated via the flicking motion on the PS3 version and need to be done via touch?
Guys, can you make songs in this game or is it just what happens on the song?
I'm not clear on what you mean, but you can use the game's Edit mode to make your own notecharts and dances to the game's songs or to any music you have on your Vita. Edits are also shareable via PSN.
Ahh so you can't make your own songs..
I was thinking of downloading some songs of Miku on the net then upload that to PDf then make a song.
Well at least I can edit dances and note charts.
sorry if I was not clear.
But that's exactly what Edit Mode enables.
Anyone? I'm really having an issue with this and it's irritating.Another question, what the hell am I doing wrong in Communication mode? I try to rub Miku's hair, and all I seem to do is piss her off. It's just a gentle rub back and forth, right?

The thing is, when I try to rub her head, it's like it doesn't register. I am using a screen protector; could that be hindering me?Don't rub too long, once you see her close one eye, stop.

I plugged it back in for a few, then unplugged, and that fixed it.If touch stuff is flaking out and your Vita is plugged in, try unplugging it. If it's unplugged, try plugging it in.

On another related note, she is kicking my ass at janken now... There are no tells for what the vocaloids pick are there?
I managed to get the trophy against Rin, surprisingly. Yeah, janken is fun, but rrrgh, AI predicting movements it a bitch. If you're just after the trophy play it against Luka, from platting the US/Japanese versions it seems to be the easier one.
Quite a few Vita games do that. I think it's to save battery, but maybe there's some other reason.
Is here any way to switch the star to the stick? My vita actually CRASHES when I try to access to Manuel, lol
According to the manual, you can use the read touchpad for scratching as well (which I think I might prefer as to not to leave smears on the screen). Doesn't seem like there's stick support. Is here any way to switch the star to the stick? My vita actually CRASHES when I try to access to Manuel, lol
Knowing Sega, this'll probably be on sale sooner or later, so think I'll wait until it's $20 or so, considering my backlog & budget.
Having to play all the songs on normal sucks, is there a way to just unlock the higher difficulties?
As of World's End Dancehall, I am on an Excellent streak. Always one or two Safes away from a Perfect.
