Booted up Shadowrun Dragonfall yesterday for like 30 mins, seems exactly the same as Returns (which I loved mind you), but for whatever reason people shit on Returns and gush over Dragonfall

Speculation time:

Is Medic gonna be our next hero on 9/29 (or 10/6) or do you think they'll slot someone we haven't seen yet in there? Logic would say Medic from both a need standpoint and the fact that we've seen her in action, but...

My sincere hope is that once Medic comes - whether that's the end of this month or two months or what have you - that the patch she is delivered in will also finally give us bans in HL. They keep saying it's a numbers game...not enough heroes, etc etc...I think each class could stand on their own with one ban if we got Medic. I'd be shocked if they did double bans to start.

It is very weird. It feels smooth at times and then becomes clunky and vice versa. Probably the most buggy hero I can remember at launch. Feels a bit like how Jaina launched with Blizzard damage not showing on stat screen, except the thing making him look worse is just how awkward they made the kit.

Where's the murky yoshi

Really great to see this kind of competitive support from blizz, casters have been trying harder to create narratives that seem less forced too

Played some good games with gaffers (I think? Maybe just random friend I picked up) First time we got spanked but mostly because the enemy team had great deathball and we had zero counterburst so every engagement was defensive and they could grab shit quickly when we had a few people on cooldown which put us even more on defensive, but it was okay, we did what we could with zero prep. I think if we had planned/trained on that kind of comp we could have peeled better or done a run-and-reengage kind of strat to wear them out. I think the main thing is they always quickly ran to each other so they were always at full power, but we were trying to get a leg up elsewhere while killing strays, so when their whole team came for backup, ours (trusting the 3 to take out the 2 who were alone) were too slow to arrive. I felt I died too much as Leoric but then we got team wiped every big fight so I guess it didn't make much difference. Second game went well in the mines despite sneaky Zera/Nova working with Diablo.

We've actually still done really well as 3, basically any 3 of us. We had a good run prior to you joining last night, and me you and Milly had a good run while Proto was gone the night before. It's when we go to 4 that we are getting hammered. We were 6-1 last night until we went to 4...then we went 1-4. Night before that we finished 5-5 but were 4-1 when it was just 3 of us while Proto was gone/afk.

There's also new articles on Complexity, the Australian team Team Immunity, and the team from Singapore competing in the Americas Championship (Relics).

His is better than ETC's from my POV. Shorter cooldown with the talent (way shorter) and has a slightly longer duration. His damage is better too. On the flip side he's squishy as hell and people dive right past Yogi.

I'm not sure we'll see him but if we do that'd have to be why right?

I have the 2013 13" MBP. Not as beefy as the 15" (size matters hur dur). What settings do you have the game on?

Low, mostly because it's easier for me to see stealthers on my Mac with low settings and I have zero framerate issues that way. I also play with that resolution on my 27" Cinema Display.

Yea it's all about position with Rexxar as Misha goes deep. Kind of like playing a mage and warrior at the same time. It's taking me a while to get used to it.

I really think they are going to have to bake his attack range buff in, along with the other QOL changes. He really is more specialist than warrior due to the complete bypassing of his bear.

If you bought a 7 day stimpack it shoots by rapidly. If doing it the regular way it might take a couple games per day.

Yep, Yoshichan went 1-40 and had 3 master skins by the end of day one. By day two he was legend in the eyes of the storm.

I think you've got that reasoning backwards though. If you want an ETC stun you can pick Rexar because he doesn't have to get out of position to use it and it can have a lot shorter cooldown.

I think the closest hero to filling the same niche is probably anub arak. They both do similar stuff, anubarak is better at it, but misha is much less risk.... or i mean it just doesn't matter if the bear dies.

biggest issue is of course the AI, if it decides to go the wrong direction or like gives away a party bush or something it could be a huge deal.
