Switching to hard when I play after work, normal is feeling too easy.
anyone whos playing already have any suggestions on good skills to make sure to purchase? i'm having a tough time with the skill tree, everything seems so goddamn useful...
Yeah, it applies to all games pre-loaded.Wow didnt know that. Is that for all games that are predownloaded. Whats the current count if youre central.
Just got my DLC code from shopto, so hopefully means they are close to shipping
Doesnt work though lol

Awesome video. And wow, you have a lot of subscribers.
Thanks for the responses guys
Also, should I just be buying new weapons from traders? Or do you find/are given stuff? I haven't gotten much so far so I feel like I should just be purchasing armors and weapons...
Okay, thanks I'll go with hard and try my hardest to remember this, I almost definitely won't, but I'll try at least.
The bonfires are everywhere, just go up to one and press one button, it's fast.
Woohoo got it early, installing now. Amazon always ships games early enough that I should get them a day early, but it seems to depend on whether the mail carrier feels like delivering it that day or not.
Is there supposed to be a day 1 patch? It's not showing up yet, but maybe won't go live until tomorrow.
I am about 16 hours in, should I start buying new weapon and outfit? Or should I just save up?
I think it's the pro patch from what I'm aware of. Which is already out.

Edit: How are you getting first person footage outside of photomode?
You can get top level weapons and armor from vendors for like 800-1000 shards
I don't think "Quick Save" actually save the game if you quit the APP. Can someone confirm? I am losing/missing some upgrades and processes with Quick Save.
Ah, cool. That makes sense. Thanks.Creatively pushing Aloy against things and getting her to disappear with the camera. The game is actually really good about making her invisible when the camera is too close to her.
top level ones are purple right?
Jesus is that music from the game
ChristopherOdd is probably my favorite LPers on Youtube. I have been a fan for 4+ years.Guys, if anybody is interested in a good Let's Play, ChristopherOdd just posted the first part. He is not a comedic Youtuber, he focus a lot of the lore and story of the games he plays and for me he is one of the best out there. Here is his video:

Ah, no Pro here, so guess I can just start playing.
From you level, looks like you did more side quests than I did lol. There are just so many side quests to do in the game. From what I've seen so far yes. Given I'm only 22 hours in and most of that is side quest and exploring stuff. I still feel like I have a ton of side quest. I'm level 25-26 and main quest levels are hovering around level 20 or so right now.

Sounds like you could get the best or at least close to the best weapons fairly easily?
Shame, I was hoping you'd get a steady supply of new and better gear, with the occasional big jump in power due to finding a hidden spot with good loot or maybe finishing a high-level side quest early on.
Regarding difficulty play level, it seems most are planning to play this on hard/very hard. Is normal too easy & you can cheese through the game? Do you get mad money/XP and health on the regular?
Also how easy is it to unlock almost every skill tree and max out your character in this game?
