Yes, and they look really good. Not sure about the level of interactivity (e.g. how many NPC's are interactable and to what degree), but the towns are certainly filled with NPCs and look alive.

The game certainly looks drop-dead gorgeous at times, but I just don't find the gameplay all that appealing or unique. It looks like a third person Far Cry game with a cool aesthetic, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but it's not something I'm THAT excited about.

... It's fine? Plenty of other games if Horizon isn't up one's alley. You don't really have to crack your head over it.

Seems like you didn't play PS3's Uncharteds in a loooong time, no way in hell that statement is correct for U4, still the best looking game ever, Horizon might be more impressive overall because they achieved such visuals that can be on par with U4 (and yea, even better sometimes) in an open world environment but nothing beats the best looking parts of U4 still.

Certanly u4 doesn't look like a ps3 game (lol), but considering the open world nature of Horizon and what it moves i find it way more impressive. Can't wait to see tlou2 with the updated engine.

It would be cool if they've kept at least a few machines totally secret. I mean, Thunderjaw is basically a robot T-Rex so I understand why it's the poster child, but it would be awesome if there were something bigger and stranger and more terrifying.

I wish they could improve upon the particle system and include volumetric particles, the 2d planar smoke , effects are the only technical thing which looks odd to me ,this is on Base ps4, might be good on Pro.

Not sure if it's in one of his videos but I saw a corrupted grazer that was about to explode (from getting lit up by aloy's fire arrows) went straight charging at her. I find it a nice little touch of how dangerous the enemies are when they're close to death
