Update: I just finished the pizza

I don't think I'll be making anchovies a regular topping from here on out. The mushy texture is strange on the cheese, but I do love the pineapple.

Pineapple jalapeno is what I'll stick with. Maybe I'll split a pie with The Brooklyn Brawler and his wife one day.

You can have her for the night and give me some fuckin peace

You know what? I’m at an age that i could see me trying it if offered. Never had anchovies on pizza before, but have tried hawaiian, not my favorite but, meh, the cheese and the dough swallow the taste anyways.

They're... okay.

I don't want TrainedRage to ship me back to the orphanage or anything, but I'm definitely more of a pineapple pizza guy than an anchovy guy.

I purposefully did not include them on the second pizza I ordered today. They sorta bleed salt into the entirety of the cheese and take over the whole pie. Pineapple complements with hints of sweetness. That's why they pair so well with spicy jalapenos and salty bacon.

Like... if you prefer anchovies to bacon? Idk breh

Here is the real test. Put Sour Kraut on the pizza with Canadian bacon. Some places dont have Sour Kraut as a topping but find a place that does and be amazed.

True, but with a steak I have like 1/300 of a cow on my plate, with frutti di mare it's 100 dead animals.

Not hating or anything, I just always felt a bit weird eating that kind of stuff with that thought in mind.
