You'll need a pump top. Only some reservoirs are built with the pump in mind. XSPC's bay reservoirs are, for instance. Same with a lot of Bitspower's reservoirs.
Otherwise, mounting hardware is included. I don't know if XSPC's kit comes with decoupling pads, but I'd look at getting some of those if they don't. Or just go by your local hardware store and pick up some cushiony foam, which is what those pads are
I mean, if you started off with something like a Haswell i3, upgrading to a Broadwell i5 or i7 would be worth it. But you don't go for a big dog CPU and upgrade to an even bigger dog CPU on the same socket. That's never going to happen again.
What is it about Skylake that makes you think it'll be worth waiting for?

The days of getting CPU upgrades out of a single socket are long gone. They went away with Socket 1366/1156.If I'm going to drop $800 on a new platform, I'd hope I get one CPU upgrade out of it. Though looking at the past two years of Intel, that probably won't happen.
Now leaning to 4790k to hold me off until Skylake.
