The few issues with the Saab are under-steer and chronic turbolag.
Stiffened and (slightly - 30 front, 20 back) springs will help, as will a sub-frame locking kit.
A Garrett T28 with actuater will cheaply negate lag. Also, bigger FMIC are easy to fit. Check those available from older Volve T5 models.
Not the new ones, dude. All reviews say the new 9-3s are smooth as hell.
