BTW, Satan IS on the earth. He isn't in hell right now nor will he ever run it. I think it's funny when people take biblical concepts like Satan and mix them with made-up stuff. I guess technically you could say the greek god Hades is similar to the modern conception of Satan so thats where people get it, but not really if you study into it.
