At least V is fun.
I have a particular dislike for V. Yes it has a good job system but everything else about it was far inferior to the other 2 snes entries. It also has the worst soundtrack in the series

I have a comparably tougher time deciding on favorite FF OSTs (as there are several outstanding releases) but if I'm making a shortlist of the few unmemorable ones Final Fantasy V isn't on it.
Final Fantasy II, Final Fantasy III. Maybe Final Fantasy X-2 and XIII. But even those two have a few standouts. "Blinded by Light" is phenomenal.
I don't think FFVII will place so high. This IGN we're talking about. Their current staff recently placed it mid-table in their Final Fantasy ranking list and at least two of their editors previously rubbished it.
For what's it's worth I love the game, as I do every entry from IV through to XII but I don't think VII will even crack the top twenty. I expect VI and CT to predicatbly take the top two spots as they did last time but with at least two more (if not all five) of IV, V, IX, XII and Tactics to also rank higher than VII this time.

> Persona 3 is ahead of Persona 5
Symphonia above Vesperia?
Symphonia is my favorite in the series for nostalgic reasons and being the game that got me into the Tales series, but not sure I can agree with that.
Still no Shining titles...
Personally prefer Symphonia despite its aged nature, but I'll only raise a hissy fit if any of the post-Vesperia games make it in.
Abyss and maybe Phantasia are only ones I can see getting the remaining spots, although I can't speak to the latter's quality since I never played it.
52 - Final Fantasy VII
Some people are probably gonna be salty.

> Persona 3 is ahead of Persona 5
Persona 4 is going to be at the top, isn't it?... best Persona game ever.
Finally, they made the right choice.
Though they're probably going to put Persona 4 ahead of both which is the right move.
Ah well, I can live with that seeing that it seems to be the popular opinion for some reason.
I'm just glad we can acknowledge that Persona 3 is a better game than 5.
I can make a better one.
60 - Shining Force II
59 - Golden Sun
58 - Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals
57 - Tales of Vesperia

54 - The World Ends With You
53 - Phantasy Star IV
52 - Final Fantasy VII
51 - Stardew Valley
50 - Persona 5
49 - Xenoblade Chronicles
48 - Dragon Age: Origins
47 - Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3
46 - Grandia II
45 - Demon's Souls

42 - Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines
41 - Skies of Arcadia
Tales of Symphonia above Persona 5?
W H A T
I don't really get the love for that game. Characters feel very stiff and restricted compared to even just most other Tales games. And if Persona 5 drags towards the end, ToS crawls and nearly dies.
