I did a fresh install of the game and a few differences i have noticed with the day one patch.
The cutscenes are now totally smooth, no more juddery animation.
They seem to have done some optimization on the vram requirements. I have a 8gb 3070, and the game is using about 1gb less vram on the settings i were using (1440p. DLSS Quality, max settings with texture pool on medium, and shadows on high). Its using around 6.5gb vram compared to around 7.5gb before. It also defaulted to Medium texture pool instead of Low, which it picked pre-patch. So its using around 1gb less vram, even though i have the texture pool on Medium instead of Low, and shadows on High instead of Medium, all other settings maxed.
Also could be a placebo effect but i think the LOD on the shadows has been pushed out a touch further, although there is a console command to extend that anyway.
