Intel isn't giving up on discrete GPUs, as new job listings reveal the company is "shooting for much much higher"

Intel has shared some job listings focused on its discrete graphics department. The company seems to have big plans for dGPUs in the future.

Great news, reconfirmed at least. I hope they become a viable third in GPUs, AMD did well this generation but we also often go years without and we need more than a duopoly.

Celestial should also be a monstor when it comes out.
Im guessing they are banking on Arc creeping in the prebuilt market then eventually DIYers will start to respect it.

I don't think job listing is any indication for this. Decision to scrap gpu divisions could come overnight. That said I don't see any reason for it
