I'd be down for another LC tourney, and I like the idea of a three-game series on an aggregate score since it's so easy to screw yourself in the early game.

LC?! I'll sit this one out because it looks like it was partly (all?) my fault the last one took so long. My bad. I still swear I played someone and took my second loss. I remember them taunting me through LC's kludgy Twitter chat. Yet Twitter shows no such event ever occurred...maybe it was all a dream. I did once dream I was banned from NeoGAF for making fun of MGS4 and woke up in a cold sweat. Well, I was sick with the flu at the time.
Anyway, I got my mom hooked on games of LC and Fluxx on her new Mini. So I'll stick with those for now because I can win those

ehhhh they're not that good (alien frontiers is probably my fav just b/c the game itself is so fun). all the ipad exclusives have zero/bad async. it's kind of weird.

Lost Cities tournament is up!
I seeded the top 4 from the first tournament (not all of the top 8 are back), then random.org'd the rest of the seeds.
- Bracket names are formatted as NeoGAF | GameCenter.
- For each round, play 3 games and total your scores. The highest combined score after 3 games will advance to the next round.
- The finals will be a best of 3 sets (of 3 games each, using the rules above) to determine the tournament champion.
- Report the results of your matches in the iOS Online Boardgame Megathread on NeoGAF.
- Have fun!

Just a note about Small World: the async update is coming this Summer. At that time the price will raise from $6.99 to $9.99, so you should grab it now if interested. When their new Kickstarter launches, there will be a $15 bundle that includes a copy of the game plus exclusive ingame content only available to backers (other people will be able to use the content if a backer started the game, so no segregating the playerbase). There will also be an $8 pledge for people who already own the game and just want the exclusive content.

Yeah. They said it was going up to 4 or 6 or something. I can't remember, but its writen somewhere on their kick starter.
