System Shock 2
"i finally found it for $20 on ebay. god what a disappointment, it's not even nearly as scary as aliens vs. predator 2. plus the graphics such, and the way tools break down is just gay."
Angst said:
Half Life
"too linear."

bubsy 3d!
"did you actually buy that or are you relying on reviews again?"
BobbyRobby said:
Super Mario Bros. 3
"i'd rather they made the sequel to super mario bros. 2. 3 felt like the first one with more stuff, and that was so boring. and the map, ugh."
BobbyRobby said:
Mega Man 2
"have you played this lately? i play games for fun, and memorizing patterns isn't."
BobbyRobby said:
Chrono Trigger
"fucking dragon ball z character designs."

Snes Super Mario Kart. If you play it, you love it.
"game gave me a goddamn headache, the steering was too loose, nintendo needs to stop milking mario."
Project Midway said:
so...my vote goes to SNAKE.
"takes forever to get challenging and then it only takes one fuck up to ruin it all. only worth a damn on cell phones, but then the control sucks, there's slowdown, etc."
Udde said:
Gunstar Heroes
"another mindless run and gun? you've got to be kidding me."
Udde said:
Super Probotector
"only six levels? nothing special."

Snes Parodius
"it's not even on gamerankings.com. couldn't have been that good then, eh?"

Deus Ex: Invisible War

I think all of us can agree that it was shit.
"i never played the first, thought this was a pretty kickass fps. don't understand all the drama, it was fun."

keep 'em coming.

perhaps i should alter my contribution:

madden, in the sense that while people may dislike the game and say it sucks, they are wrong infact. so while they argue, they will never win the argument. and, as such, madden is the one game that no one will argue about and win

"you know what's lame? using the same gameplay mechanic twice. the bastard child of radiant silvergun and silhoutte mirage, ikaruga is a victim of it's own hype, reminding us that the good times were never really that good to begin with."

Tetris....

and, BuddyC, once you find someone who dislikes Tetris, let me know.
[01:41] <Shinobi_UNC> I was gonna say tetris, but I'd drive the troll train myself for that one

Come on... he has Shinobi in his name! He's obviously weaving a web of duplicity for some ulterior purpose.

you're arguing.

I'm posting on GAF... what did you expect me to be doing, cooking waffles?

Edit: That was evil. I've been bested... in my defense, I'm arguing about the Shinobi thing -- not Tetris. Bother.

I think you're stretching for this one, BuddyC. I think you might actually have to admit defeat on E.T.

Nobody could argue about its quality. I mean, unless you're suggesting that you can take any game and we'll find something related to it to argue about... but then that's universal and you'll never get anywhere.

In terms of quality, I do believe E.T. is the winner.

dude, we're arguing about et.

no we're really not. we're arguing about whether or not you're stretching to find a way someone might be difficult about E.T., which is impossible if we're talking about quality. ;)

we're talking about the internet, in general.

We can all agree on this though.
oh, i'm supposed to defend that one?
"dude, you just don't know the story behind it. i'm sure if you looked into it, you'd realize that the developer had good intentions. it's not their fault! i'd like to see you do better, under the circumstances."
