First, let's fix that crappy one you posted. 4GIFs is horrible with quality. I can do better but the source I found was from YouTube and had some macroblocking.

Now, here's a quicky version of that for your avatar. Hard to get it down below 150k without it being too jerky.

90x83 so it won't scale too tall and break the rules.

This was a tricky one...

Had to crop it, drop every second frame, then drop the first 8-9 remaining frames and one from the end that seemed superfluous. You could get more of the image or the animation with a bit of scaling, but I wanted to avoid that.

Is there anyways I can get my avatar back? Been like this since I joined, I didn't think my picture was bad, and I've learned my lesson.

The procedure is for you to add your new picture to your avatar location in the control panel and make a post that links to the new picture.

Yeah, it seems faster because I chopped ten frames off the start and end (after chopping out every second frame and doubling the delay between each frame). The actual amount of time and motion between poses is the same, though. It would be possible to reduce the resolution a bit further and include more of the frames, if you don't like it that way.

Then again, it seems like you slowed down the animation a bit in the tinypic version in your current avatar slot. I suggest you edit your post to include that image instead of mine.

No. Use something else. You could probably cull out the early/late frames with just a couple that have a long delay to reduce the # of frames.

Those ones are given out by Dragona Akehi. You asked a question in the Wii Homebrew thread that was quite easy to find the answer to in the GAF Wii Homebrew Tutorial Wiki. You both have to post the avatars you want to use and they should match the ones you have selected in your CP.

It's a little long. This is the best I can do while keeping the whole scene, although it will look a bit blocky when you put it into your avatar.

If you want it less blocky, then it can probably only have one or two of the scenes. State your preferences if you want some of the scenes excised.

How's this? It's exactly how it will look in your avatar and there's no scaling from your original image. I was able to crop it instead of scale it this time as those scenes had some empty space.

Please rehost it if you want to use it. I will likely delete the image some time in the future.
