You mean you were lurking for months? Trolling for months would definitely get you banned, or moreso, not activated if the mods ever saw the offsite trolling (at least according to the FAQ).

Some other people were lucky with this type of request. You need to post one you want to use and add it to your User CP first if you want any hope of it getting changed, though.

That one is non-compliant. You either need to make it at least 8 pixels wider or at least 11 pixels shorter. Let us know if you need help.

my avatar size is 73 x 99. But GAF scales it to 90 x 122. Can someone fix it, so it's within the 90 x 120 mark?

i made the gif several years ago. so i don't know where the source video is..

Yeah, I wouldn't want to make one from that source. Here's your original stretched by 2 pixels in width so that it is compliant:

If you find a better source, we can make you a proper full resolution one.

Edit: I did find another source which looked a little better resolution-wise, but they chopped off the bottom of the frame, unfortunately:

I can't get it small enough without a lot of blurry dithering of colour and chopping frames off the start and end.

It looks stretched vertically, though. Reducing the height so that it is the original aspect ratio would make it both look better and reduce the file size. Do you happen to know how much it was stretched by or have the original source?
