Matt Harpring landed a hard foul on Stojakovic in the third quarter, and Stojakovic responded with a one-handed shove. Both players got technical fouls, but their teammates prevented a serious scuffle.
With 2:09 to play, Utah's Carlos Boozer committed a flagrant foul against Evans, who fell hard to the ground while attempting a dunk. Evans remained on the court for a moment before walking to the locker room, and Webber got a technical foul for attempting to challenge Boozer.
Ostertag left the court in the second quarter with a towel over his face after getting hit by an elbow from Utah's Curtis Borchardt. He received stitches in his upper lip and returned to the bench for the second half, but didn't play.

If you missed it, you were saved.
Check out this stat line from the Utah Jazz's black-and-blue rivalry with the Sacramento Kings: Two missing teeth, 18 stitches, at least one concussion, three technical fouls and one big flagrant foul.

I know it's been briefly mentioned, but Kings beat the Jazz at their own shitty game.
Kings don't back down from physical play
That little Eastern Conference shit game worked for two games, and this sorry fucking excuse for a team miraculously (seriously, a miracle) stole two games from two of the best teams in the league by basically getting away with all sorts of bullshit. Well, that's the end of that. The refs will start finally cracking down on their asses and they can fucking rot in their shitty Lottery spot for all I care. Keep that boring cheap bullshit out of the WC, and keep it out of the NBA while you're at it.

I saw it earlier today and I can't believe the Kings organization could be so irresponsible as to let something like that happen. It was traumatizing. :lol
LAL would get Kwame Brown, Jarvis Hayes, and Carlos Arroyo
WASH would get Caron Butler, Chucky Atkins, and Jarron Collins
UTAH would get Devean George, and Brian Cook

Loki said:Eh, Utah is already packed at the SF/PF position with Boozer and Kirilenko, so who knows if that'll go through...
Is it me, or does every trade ever mentioned always seem to favor the Lakers? :lol They'd definitely make out like bandits with this one if true. Arroyo is likely more disgruntled in Utah than anything, which has affected his play, and has a decent (if not spectacular like Tony Parker) upside; Kwame Brown has also shown flashes, and could develop nicely on a team that plays drive and dish (like LA, w/Kobe and Odom) versus one that plays drive and finish like Washington (with Arenas and Hughes).
We'll see...![]()

Peter Vescey mentioned this trade on NBA TV. I personally don't think it goes thru cos Kobe and Caron are tight...
yeah, but if we get rid of Chucky, Sasha would probably become the fulltime backup PG
Plus, i'll never hear the end of it from DM if Kwame ends up as a Laker.
