That's why I was asking about production crews. The second that Smackdown goes HD, technically so does ECW (even if it's not being aired). They then just have to uplink the HD signal to Sci-Fi. And if there is only one live production crew, that would mean that RAW is HD ready also just needing to transmit to USA (using likely the same uplink satellite as Sci-Fi).
