They need to give that spot to the Miz, a heel who can take that heat and not have it be worrying. It seems more realistic then him coming out with Bryan's theme to trick people which would be awesome but probably won't happen.

I believe any gimmick can go over if done right. WWE just sucks a booking. Some people can overcome bad booking(AJ when he first came into WWE) some can't it sucks.
He's a wrestler that has only gotten as far as he has because the audience likes spouting his one thing and absolutely nothing else about him.
That makes him a meme.

I don't think people like just one thing about Dillinger though. I think most would agree his in-ring work is respectable. He's a better ring worker than a decent chunk of the main roster.
