He's a disgusting POS in The Town, but I remember that role well. He was pretty good in Hurt Locker.

No, it's not already better than For Your Eyes Only.
For Your Eyes Only was not only Roger Moore's best Bond film (one of his few actual good ones) but it was better than all three previous Bourne movies and I actually liked the previous 3. No way Bourne 4 will hold a candle to Bond 12.
