pure luck considering that i haven't brushed my teeth since i was 15 and only just started brushing regularly again like 6 months ago
im like 99% sure i have gingivitis and one of my molars has a hole in it
but hey, at least i don't feel pain when i eat food and my gums don't bleed when i brush

i also don't use mouthwash but that's only because i know you're supposed to swish it around and stuff but i can literally only hold that shit in my mouth for like two seconds before spitting it out
