Okay, Teemo might not be viable. I just had the most fucked up game with him. Started off 0-9, yeah 0-9. That was in the first 20min or so. I was apologizing profusely to my team, and they stuck with me. Annie was just raping my face mid, she got two timely level ups to save her ass with my first two deaths, then things snowballed out of control until about 25, when their whole team tower dived my team and got four of us (they had Shen, Morde, and Annie's ult all going). They lingered too long and we aced them as we were re-spawning. Things turned to our favor the rest of the game and we won after stealing a Baron Kill. Took us a while, but man was that satisfying at the end watching them all rage.

Ended up 4-10-16, which is much better than the 0-9-0 I was at. Teemo is useless against stuns and disables though, especially when they have faster move speed.

He's basically a glass cannon without the glass. You shouldn't have been up against Anna anyways. She has the range, mana, stuns, and damage on you. :lol

I don't play Jax, but I think Rageblade is a go-to item for him.

Other than Ninja Tabi you should not get anything else for Jax before Rage Blade, your effectiveness will soar once you do.

I'm still testing new Jax out in normal games before giving him a go in ranked, but he feels better. I had a really bad team in my only test so far though. I don't think he's back to God Tier Jax yet.

Jesus fucking Christ. Now that Malady is a good item now people are rushing it before core items.:lol Yi builds a Malady before Ghostblade.

Just went 8/2/4 as Jax, first death happened early on, second death happened at the end when I was low health and taking down the nexus and not really paying attention.

Taking down a tower diving Mundo when I had less health, so good. Taking Taric (who had a bad item build but still) 1v1? So good. Jumping onto Twitch and watching his health drop from full to about 1/4? Oh yes!

I still don't know how he is against an organized team or in team fights really, but 1v1 he is still do damn good. Nothing like someone thinking they have you, then you dodge, get counter strike, stun then, and then watch the magic happen.

While I agree Rage Blade is a staple item for our beloved Grandmaster, if you're not alive, you're no good to your team.

(that and Jax's weakspot is magic damage)

GET THOSE NEGATRON CLOAKS!

I went like 16 - 3 with Jax my first time ever today. Had dodge runes already so I was pretty optimal. Went Tabi/Rageblade/TriForce and was half way through Banshee Veil before it ended.

Whatever was wrong with him is fixed hopefully. His ult seems to drop off a smidgen too fast though. About twice as fast as Guinsoo drops off.

I played as Jax last night against a team that had Vlad, MF, Ashe and Gragas.

Terrible team to play Jax as. I'm thinking that against ranged heavy teams he's just not useful, unless paired with a bunch of stuns or CC. My team was Garen, Vlad, Twitch and Nidalee. Good players just not a good match up of teams.

This was normal queue though.

Yo, I just added a bunch of you. Name's SouthernDragon.

I play a minorly competent Tristana. I played DotA proficiently 4 years ago, and I'm getting into this as a pasttime.

Be gentle.

Is there a LoL Steam group? It would probably make arranging games much easier than using the in game client.

Reinstalled twice on my cousin's computer and I can't fucking login. The patcher loads up and then shits on itself.

Best Technical Design Award my ass.:lol

What is the item build order on jax

Ninja tabi, rageblade, atmas, banshees or phantom dancer, bloodseeker?

They've been discussing this change for a long time. I agree that it needs to be removed as a summoner spell though. Way too many 'pro' escapes from 5 man ganks. Flash should not be used to fix the mistake of having little map awareness and positioning.

I do feel for the Alistar mainers, I understand their pain.

If they remove flash because of wall jumping, then they probably should just remove wall jumping for all characters then.

The reasoning behind the removal isn't because of wall jumping in particular.

It's the "get of jail free" that they want to remove.

Basically flash allows you to position yourself in a shitty away and not be punished for it.

Characters with a natural flash like Ez or characters with a lunge like Shen, now get a great buff though.

I went from rediculously addicted to this game, to not wanting to play anymore. Such a rage inducing game. You can go 20/2/10 in one game. Then the next game with the same character go 3/10/4 and you go from the biggest hero to the biggest a-hole like nothing.

Or you can have an awesome game, but your team could suck really bad and you still lose.

Yeah I can't handle this stress anymore.

I seriously just uninstalled. Going through a really hectic time in my life, and it's really distracting me a bit too much. Whenever I lose, I want to play until I win. When I win, I want to keep winning. Too much of a time sink for me right now, and really a little too stressful considering everything. Finding a less stressful hobby for a bit, like watching a TV show or reading a book.

Kudos for uninstalling, I can't do it. Too addicting.

Just one more game...

Got some assignments and finals coming up so I gotta get on with it. I'll just uhhh hide the game folder and shortcuts. Yeah, that'll do it.

I have a new rule when I play, no games an hour before bedtime. I find that if I have a bad game it takes me at least an hour of relaxation time to be able to go to sleep. Even good games are stressful. The horror genre could learn something from DOTA when it comes to building tension and inducing emotions, especially rage and shame.

I've found that usually the most fun games are the ones you don't play to win. If you play with a group of friends primarily to goof around and have fun, it can make the game so much less tense. Just pick something entertaining to try out, like an Epic Beard Team, all tank team, playing characters improperly (like AD Soraka) or try out Magewick. It's good times.

Yeah I need to find some people that want to play for fun instead of the competition. Im definately taking a break though. This game is so addicting. I should uninstall too.

This is exactly how I feel every night and playing passed my intended bedtime. There's always that just 1 more game mentality.
I guess this is how gamblers feel at the casino.

In normal solo queue games, if teams of 5 played like they play when they are down a man they would always win. I say this because recently I have been winning more 4v5 than I have been losing.

Any word on the Mac client? It was suppose to be out summer of this year but haven't heard anything regarding the game at all.

Been wanting to try this game out for a long time.

i tried out tankgana for a couple games last night...super op, lol. started both games 0/3/0, ended first one 5/3/5 and second 11/3/13. once i got my boots and a chainmail i was pretty much unkillable. this was using magic pen marks, crit dmg glyphs/seals and arp quints (still working on the magic dmg carry set as you can see :p, just recently 'finished' (not yet L30) my first rune set, just getting started on second one)...will have to check this out when i get a dedicated tanking rune page, will probably be obscene

Leblanc seems cool. Will probably buy her. Depending on her AP scaling, I can see her being one of the best nukers in the game.

Sigil of Silence: LeBlanc projects an orb towards her target, dealing magic damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds. If the target takes damage from one of Leblanc's abilities, the mark will trigger, dealing damage and silencing the target.

Distortion: LeBlanc rapidly moves to a target location, dealing magic damage to nearby units. In the following 3 seconds, she can activate Distortion again to return to her starting location.

Ethereal Chains: LeBlanc flings illusionary chains towards a target location. If it hits an enemy unit, it will deal initial magic damage and slow their movement speed by 25%. If the target remains shackled for 2 seconds, the target takes additional magic damage and is unable to move.

Mimic (Ultimate): LeBlanc can cast the previous spell she cast. The mimicked spell deals significantly increased damage. 30 second cooldown.

Mirror Image (Passive): When LeBlanc is brought below 40% health, she instantly becomes stealthed for half a second. When the stealth fades, she creates a Mirror Image that deals no damage and lasts for up to 8 seconds. This can only occur once per minute.

Actual praise received from randoms!

Duo queue with Ox, he set up the early ganks which allowed me to snowball.

Man been waiting for this since the beginning of the year. I hear it'll be sometime this Fall but it's November and still haven't heard anything. Hope it's released sometime soon.

That TF build. :(

LeBlanc looks cool but I'm burned out with casters after chewing through people with Vlad and Annie every night.

Yeah, not sure how her passive will play out. I was thinking that she could take damage in jungle and then use her clone in 8 seconds to bait out a gank?

Friends and I decided to try out this goofy Korean tank team where everyone takes revive and teleport. :lol And then we totally crushed with it. Turned out the guys we were playing were pretty bad, and one was level 2 so I felt sorry for him. But being virtually unkillable as Singed was hilarious and we aced them twice.
