damn. now on my 4th different region, trying to get this patch to install.
How many more should I do before uninstalling completely and installing from scratch?

Go to your lol-installation folder. Locate, and delete, the following two sub-folders:
Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\downloads
Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions
Once you restart the client, these folders will be recreated, and your problem should be solved.It worked for me.

Xelnath was making hints about a Beholder-ish champion a few days ago so that makes me incline torwards real.
Also in the season 4 thing, it said something like "something from the Outside is coming".
The game has quite a few typos and grammatical errors on live. Can't really go by spelling. The ult most likely roots you and Riot is positioning him as a siege specialist, going by the rest of the kit.
Holy shit. I just remembered* that one of Xelnath's iterations for Xerath has his ult has a beam that could be guided around, but he canned it because he felt it would be better suited for another champion.
*in so far as my crappy memory goes.

That AP champion looks like something I'd actually enjoy playing and somewhat similar to what I liked about Lux, Viktor and Xerath (beeaams). His default design is pretty ugly though and he doesn't look anything like the other Void champions.
But that dollface is even worse than her expression on the official splash art!

Zed's last hitting/autos are the most satisfying for sure.
Had probably my best laning phase yesterday. When I went back after just hitting 6 I had gotten a solo kill against the enemy annie and had missed a total of 3 cs since the start of the game.
Ended up having more than double the cs of our adc, our top laner, or our jungler.

Wow. I was just thinking the gold change on Ashe just the other day.
Oh, and for auto-attacks my favorite is Nautilus. It generally sucks, but the ones that proc his passive have so much "ompf" to them, they feel great. Maokai surprisingly has one of the crisper AAs among tanks. Zed, Vi, Ori, and Darius also feel really good. Human form Elise feels awful.
