Last whisper. Crit chance isn't very good on pantheon as he doesn't basic attack much. His spears are guaranteed crits on low targets anyways.

I dunno about that really, morgana does that job better in theory
You can never have too many Thresh counters. Seriously, I wonder why he hasn't become a 1st ban yet. The amount of utility and CC in his kit is ridiculous. Even if none of his moves did any damage, he'd still be a viable support.

Apparently Night Hunter Rengar has a toggle where you can put his hood up and down. Neat. I'd love to see that added as a feature on skins above a certain price point. Some kind of toggle.

Dabbled with Braum in a bot game. I dunno, he's really not what I want from a support at all. His kit feels entirely defensive and reactionary. More than that, it's just not really fun to use. Because his mobility is focused on moving back it's kind of difficult to keep pressing on a fight, because it feels like your kit is asking you to fall back.

Don't worry about runes until you can use tier 3 runes. Save your IP/RP until you find a champion you know you'll like. Save RP mainly for skins.

You won't want to buy runes until at least level 20 when you have access to tier 3, although some here might recommend tier 1 runes.
For now, save up your IP and RP. Try out champs when they hit the free rotation and focus on having fun and learning the game mechanics.
Doubt it. His damage output is really low and his kit doesn't do much without someone else around.
