I fear that they are just ramping the price up on Star Wars sets as they know they can get away with it. All of the TFA sets were over priced in my opinion.

Count me in as another big fan of Jokerland. It's a fun build and looks great. Ivy's free fall and the main display piece are my favorites. The batmobile is great, too. I happen to like the BvS Batmobile better, though.
On a side note, I'm really hoping to have some time to get back into the Firehouse. It's going slow because of so little free time, but it's a fantastic build thus far.

So i finally finished the 8039 Venator i got on Ebay the other week!
In the end, i had to plunder a polybag and some of my own collection as there were like 4 pieces missing, but i managed to finish it
Some of the stickers are showing age as they are peeling back in certain spots but overall, i LOVE this thing and it was well worth getting.
I know this set gets quite a bit of hate as it looks sort of "inflated" in the front but to me, it is still a magnificent beast regardless, as i personally think the general shape and color scheme of the ship are superior to the regular ISD. I have seen the latest ISD set in person and i think this blows it out of the water honestly.

Anyone ever had S@H completely leave out a large set? I had two tracking numbers show up on double VIP order (which included the Palace Cinema, Opera House, and F40); I got both packages delivered yesterday, but there's no F40 or the polybag. Seems like a pretty large oversight to leave out a $100 set.

They replaced my Lonely Mountain with a crappy SW set so mistakes can definitely be made. They also missed sending a few parts in my latest B&P order, but they're replacing those too.

Never had them leave out a big set before but they have screwed up an order of mine once before. Couple of years ago I ordered 5-6 small to medium sized sets once and when I got the box, it had someone else's packing slip in it instead of mine but yet it had most of my order in it except I was missing a $20 set I ordered but it had an extra $30 set in it I did not order.

So after getting my clear pieces, i upgraded my stands for Fast Flyers and Sonic Boom, the third space to the right of SB is reserved for Blue Power Jet one day!
The plates for Sonic Boom are a little big and distracting but honestly, i feel it adds to stability as that thing is just massive to put at an angle...

I emailed and support is already putting one in the mail. Great customer service as usual. I checked with my apartment front office to see if it might have been dropped off as a separate package by the mailman, but nope. I was hoping I might get to do the Ferrari tonight but it'll have to wait.
Edit: Checked both boxes again to make sure I wasn't being totally blind, but unless they opened up the Opera House and put an entirely different set inside...

Hi Lego OT! Built the largest set I've ever built today with four friends. It took us about 4 hours.
I'm going to have so much fun photographing this thing and telling little picture stories with it. My wife is awesome for getting this for me, and for making that amazing Crepes Milles you see in that last picture. Hope you enjoyed the super high res pictures of an amazing set.

Speaking of which, I just finished bag 4 or Arocs. Good lord, that was intense. All that tubing having to be threaded and packed in. But man, is it fun once you can play with it. I just wish the crane lowered more gradually instead of dropping hard.

Me too. And by deal breaker I mean I've been looking for some little detail to convince myself I don't want it....... its still not working.
Also i said that when I filled the baseplate I'd be done buying dimensions minifigs. That was clearly a lie! Gandalf and Wyldstyle are on the base.
An even bigger lie since Slimer isn't out until may.
Also they need a Green Lantern.
I need to sort a bunch of my lego and get it sold on bricklink. Think I'm going to focus solely on big sets like SW ships (mostly OT) and creator expert like Tower Bridge, big ben (eventually), Camper Van etc and some smaller architecture. Already running out of space so going to sell off:

- Cafe Corner (built from bricklinked parts)

- technic motorised excavator
- technic crawler 4x4
- Power Miners Titanium command rig.
Even setting them at almost the lowest price based on Bricklink current stock, thats £900 worth

Not really a deal breaker. It just makes me wonder if I accidentally put a kink in one of the tubes is all. But, carefully using the valves I can lower it a bit slower.
It really is awesome to make it come alive for the first time.

Ghostbusters Firehouse is no joke. I spent close to 8 hours on it if not more yesterday and I'm only on bag/step 9 of like 14. The interior details are incredible, I love this set sooooo much.

FYI: Starting April 11th there will be a bunch of LEGO stuff going on clearance at Barnes and Noble stores. Selection will vary by store, but still get there as early as you can for the best picks.

I have completed the Firehouse!! Wow what an amazing build. The double wall is kind of a bummer but it also makes the build suuuuuper sturdy. The interior details of this set are incredible, stuff from both movies is represented really creatively, and it's so cool that the Ecto-1 fits inside too.
Got two Stay-Puff Dimensions sets so I have 2 Terror Dogs to go with it, along with the Level Pack so I have all versions of all the GBs now. Plus the awesome mini-Ecto!
Really hope they do more sets based off the movies, but if it's only the new Ecto-1 I'm cool with that too since that set looks amazing. I hope they bring the new blonde hair in red or brown because it matches my girlfriend's hair style perfectly and it would be cool to have mini figures of each other for fun anniversary stuff.

It will vary depending on the store's stock. So even if you have multiple in the same city, the list will be different. I would say if you frequent any, go in and see if you see any major things missing over the last week or over the next two weeks.
Or, if you have a nice employee, they can pull up the list for their store and see what LEGO is in there.
