No one ever seems to talk about War Thunder being available for PSVR at launch. It's never in anyone's list, but it's one of my most anticipated VR games.

Both of you guys are correct, I just looked up the info, another two titles added to PSVR's launch, thanks guys. It's really hard to look up all this info by myself considering there are over 100 titles to keep updating status. Keep up the good work.

Found that Fated: The Silent Oath is a launch title on their blog.

God, I bet. I feel like every time I look up PSVR info, there's 5 games I've never heard of that will be available on launch day.

Exactly, just look at today I added like 4 games in the launch window because of new info I found. It's really hard but really rewarding lol. More game dates will be clearer when we are closer to launch I bet.

With all the launch tittles is getting really hard to choose between them without expending less than $400 only in games...

Also is hard doing so without knowing if Robinsons, EVE or Here They Lie are prized like RIGS or like The Assembly...

You can add Thunderbird to the list. Might be a launch title:

Vive Gameplay Teaser #1: https://youtu.be/lic2oD4y6V8

In the spirit of films like Indiana Jones, Thunderbird is an interactive adventure where exploration and discovery are key motivators in driving the overall experience. The strong sense of mystery and the reward of discovery combine within Thunderbird to create a most engaging experience for the truly adventurous at heart.

And Shin Godzilla or maybe Godzilla Resurgence, a VR experience for the upcoming movie. Japan only at this stage and it's a launch title and free from the PSN store for a limited time. Developed by SCEJ in collaboration with TOHO this is a PSVR exclusive.

Announcement info:

This is not a game, but rather a virtual reality simulation that pits the user against the King of the Monsters.

I noticed Tumble VR listed on the UK store already for £7.99. Pleasantly surprised there's no price premium compared to the original at release.

There's also Weeping Doll by TianShe Media but finding official confirmation is hard. Maybe put this one as rumoured for now.

I suspect a large portion of these games will at the very least get delayed. No way they all make it in time for launch.

Well, most of the games were confirmed by developers so if they get delayed it won't be by much considering they estimated that date. Other games like all Sony published are guaranteed for launch with PS Store having them up for pre-order already.

Has there been any confirmation over which titles will be available in-store upon launch in North America? I can hardly fine any listings on GameStop or Amazon as I presume most of the content will be digital unlike the products featured on Amazon UK.

RIGS & PSVR Worlds

I'm not so sure. Developers were originally anticipating a summer release, giving them ample time to finish and polish software. Plus, a number of titles are PC ports developed with Unity, which should make the process faster and easier.

I'm interested in wich PS4 games will have free VR support like Futuridium, Volume:Coda, War Thunder, Battlefron...

I haven't seen an official announcement, but I'm hearing "The Martian" VR experience (based around the movie) is coming to PSVR and will be available at launch.

A lot of this stuff might be devs rushing stuff for launch, I'm gonna wait and see on most of these. Only thing I'm sold on is Rigs and Rez.

I'm interested in them too considering Free VR content will justify my PSVR purchase even more.

Out of the list you already mentioned; World War Toons, PlayRoom VR, Hatsume Miku and VEV will also support free PSVR content. I like that Devs can include a PSVR mode on normal games, that way I can buy normal games on PS4 but still enjoy my PSVR headset from time to time.

I thought that I saw a post from the Futuridium devs saying that they were patching VR support into the existing title, and also creating a new Futuridium title for VR. I now can't find the thread.

Interested in War Thunder if it gets a day 1 patch; I've been looking for an excuse to get a HOTAS 4 and it doesn't look like Eve is going to support it. Is the VR patch 100% confirmed?

That Dying: Rebirth Trial that Joystick posted looks promising, kind of a first person Silent Hill vibe goin on.

One of the best experiences I've had in VR was getting to play Shattered Memories on an old build of Dolphin VR back on the Oculus devkit days, shame newer builds it runs like trash with tons of graphical corruption. Hoping something like the aforementioned game scratches that SH itch, cause that sort of atmosphere is absolutely intoxicating in VR. P.T. on psvr on the other hand would prob give me ptsd.

The only concern I have over the launch line-up is the lack of a racing game. I know there's a moto cross game, but I'm surprised there's no car racing game.

Distance and GT Sport are coming soon after launch, but will Driveclub VR ever be released? Will Project CARS be patched?
Answers, OP. I need answers!

Seriously, Sangetsu-II you're doing a great job pulling this info together and keeping it up-to-date. Thanks for your efforts; they are appreciated.

I do my best, as far a racing games we have Trackmania Turbo that is confirmed to get a patch for PSVR in 2016. We also have GTS and Moto Racer 4 as you mentioned. Unfortunately I don't have recent info if Project Cars is still gonna be patched for PSVR support or if DC VR is still a thing after the studio shut down but fingers crossed right.

Driveclub VR AFAIK isn't dead but taken over by another Sony studio for quite a while before the closure of Evolution. But the silence about it makes me think it won't be ready very soon.

If you need more racing right away, VR Worlds does have the Luge thing. :D

Hmm. Not sure about luge; interested in Scavenger's Odyssey and London Heist, but not sure about price/value.

What I really need is a shock reveal that a secret team of ex-studio Liverpool devs have been reworking Wipeout HD Fury for VR, and have achieved 120fps native. Available day 1, free cross-buy for those who bought it on PS3.

While we're at it, I'll have a Driveclub VR add-on, and a G-Police VR reboot. Come on, Sony, you know it makes sense...

What kind of Move Controllers do you need for PSVR? 2 x the motion controller or also the navigation controller? On advertising pics you see mostly two nav controllers.

There won't be a new move version for PSVR release, right? So you could buy the controllers now and it wouldn't make a difference.

Yeah. no new move controllers.

You'll need two move controllers. The navigation controller isn't really necessary.

Also they are launching the new gun controller named PS VR Aim Controller. that comes with two sticks

I hope they don't overcharge for some of these titles. For instance, the Batman game sounds like a really cool but short experience that I might pay $15-$20 for, and I hope they don't think they can charge like $40 for it when it's not really a full game.

I came across this just now, apparently Futurlab (developer of the Velocity series) are working on a PSVR title.

Was this known?

https://twitter.com/FuturLab/status/748550293592301568

That's news to me, but I can't put it on the list till it has a confirmed title name :p

We don't know that yet :p

You really basing the E3 demo as the full game?

We don't know that yet :p
Eh we kind of do. They've been pretty good with pricing big games, small games digital ones etc. Last thing they wanna do is overcharge games for a new platform I'm sure price is taken care of. They already said most would be priced 20-40 so that's a good sign already

I mean the $15-20 price point sounds accurate to me based on the fact that the dev mentioned the experience is only about an hour long.

That would be a tough sell for $40.
