I decided not to be a punk bitch and actually make a move for once! My waiter at Mellow Mushroom (amazing pizza chain) was barfing rainbows every time he asked if I was doing alright but he was pretty cute, so I left my copy of the receipt there for him with my number on it.

Can I ask you guys' advice on something? Some bg: I'm finishing my masters at the end of this year, so I'm gonna have to start looking for grad schools to apply to soon.
So, I wanted to ask you guys, what are some nice, cool places to live and study (in the US)? The last thing I want is to be stuck somewhere with little to no gay population.

I don't know that I can help you with your actual question, but as far as graduate school goes, make sure the quality of the program/professor are what you want and where you live is pretty far down the list (at least for me). No point in living in a fun place if you're not getting a good education.

My Uncle got arrested for a robbery, so my aunt's family had to live with my family....all 5 of them. My aunt, 3 assholes my age and a 2 year old. They thankfully left before I had to go back to school....when I learned I owed 6 grand to my Uni due to a paperwork goof. I managed to get out paying all of it thank goodness, but holy shit that was scary.
I better get a hot date for all this trouble. Dark-haired, clean shaven, thick frame glasses and can plow like a freight train. Oh, and either very short or very tall and built like a truck

I started school around 3 weeks ago, so I've been doing that. Things have been good, for the most part.
I've really just been occupying my time with homework/studying and Dangan Ronpa. I got into my first relationship, but he lives sorta far away so I don't get to see him very often so we've just been texting and skyping a lot.
Uh, let's see, what else... I haven't gained any weight, although I don't think I've lost any, either. I've also only really been playing Animal Crossing, since I have to focus on my studies for the most part and I feel too burned out to play anything else.

My summer already ended ;__; but it wasn't too bad, didn't do the stuff i wanted but, family moved into a new house and better house a few towns over, Got my first car, finally transferred to a new school. Was a crazy month but things are finally calming down since moving thankfully, since school just started up again

I fucked up in a big way and I don't know what to do. Last night my bf of a year and a half, who I love more than anything else in the world, found out that I "sexted" some rando that we know has ruined relationships in the past. He hit me up drunk one time, I flirted back inappropriately and nothing happened. We grabbed lunch the next week as friends and my bf saw this text exchange. He is now questioning our entire relationship and thinks I've been cheating on him. I would never do that and I made a huge mistake texting this guy. He stormed out of my house (tomorrow is his birthday) and I am here home sick to my stomach. I don't know what to do and I feel horrible for what I did :'( It is all my fault and I am so scared to think of losing him..

I'm not sure what you can do except admit your mistake and tell the truth. As long as you do that and are sincere (and from the sound of it you've done all those things), there's not much else you can do except wait for him to forgive you.

Yeah, of course that's my main priority, along with choosing a program that suits my field of interest, but that's all worthless when you're uncomfortable living there. ex: I almost accepted this research scholarship in Singapore with the University of Illinois, before finding out what gay rights are like over there :/
I'm probably getting ahead of myself, though. Getting accepted to a good school is gonna be really tough. I should focus on trying to get a good mark on my GRE

Last night I slept with my crush. And I mean slept, not had sex. We went out to one of his friend's place and he was pretty drunk by the end of the night, so I drove his car. I did this once before but I let him drive from my place to his, since it's very close. But last night he told me he couldn't drive at all so we went to his place.
He took his pants off and said he was going to sleep for 15 minutes then drive me home. I obviously told him he didn't have to, since I was sure 15 minutes wouldn't change a thing. I laid next to him, fully clothed.
I was freaking out in my mind. I didn't really want him to make a move because I don't want to have drunk sex or something like that. Sometimes I just stared at him while he slept (creepy, I know). I did want to hug him or something but I didn't want to make things weird, even though a couple of times we were really close to each other. Later he got up to throw up in the bathroom and stayed in another room.
So yeah, that was pretty weird...

As for my summer... I got mononucleosis like back in mid-May. Ruined most of summer for me. =(
I had to cut my summer vacation early (around mid-July) because I had a couple of 1-month summer classes to take. That one month was extremely trying, because I took both a work-heavy CS course and a Biology lab. Didn't have much free time at all.
Fortunately, I came out of that summer semester with a B+ and B, respectively. ^_^

I spent all summer lifeguarding and saving up cash. Now I'm tan and had some extra money to buy a tablet so I can just loiter in Starbucks for a month or two while I'm waiting for name change paperwork to go through! I'd rather have downtime in autumn anyway.
