Does this usually take longer than just driving there? I'm sure it depends on the city, but I remember trying to do this in LA once to get to a theatre, and it would have taken forever.
 
I ended up passing both my driving tests on my first try. I didn't expect that to happen but I'm glad I never have to do them again. They're so stressful! It's so much better driving on your own without the pressure of someone watching and criticizing you.

Yeah, but not by too much. A drive from my apartment to downtown is about 15-20 minutes, and the train is about 25-30. But parking downtown (and in the city, generally) is hellish and unpredictable.

That's not too bad at all. When we were trying to do it it would've taken like an hour and a half using public transportation. Driving there would have taken about half an hour. Either way, I'm sure it would have been miserable. I'm just not a huge fan of the city.

Yes, you can do that. There's also Instamessage which I have (and he seems to have it as well).

I can't really do much right now because I won't have a smartphone for a few more weeks (buying it abroad when I go visit my sister/see Taylor Swift). I've been using an Android emulator kind of thing just so I can upload some Taylor Swift related pictures :P

In other news I've been eating sweets like a pig and I need to look hot by the end of the weekend for my crush's birthday party (so he sees what he's missing!!!!).

I "started" running last year but went like 3 times, then I got sick and didn't go back. I've been meaning to start again since the new year but couldn't get to do it.

I got robbed out of getting to pass my first time. Definitely agree its stressful. Doing the test just fine and got to a four-way stop. Did my full stop (I'm northbound) and starting to turn left (to go westbound, of course), when the guy coming eastbound decides to blow the stop and almost slams into me. Thankfully, no impact and would've been his fault anyway, but "DMV protocol says that if there is ever an accident or near-accident during a test, regardless if it is your fault or not, says your test is invalid. See you again in two weeks." >__________>

Went back in exactly two weeks, passed, and driving ever since. I drive on average about 2-3 hours a day (to and from work and school, and don't work as a driver, but job has me driving a fair amount too). Its terrible okay.

I almost hit a car on the highway and I was so upset because I thought I had automatically failed. I was in disbelief when they told me I passed.
 
I don't think I've ever told anyone here my preferences.

I like shortish, stocky or chubby, masculine, confident men (like me I guess)

I like tallish, fit, shy, femenine women.

It's weird to me that my preferences are like polar opposites of one another, depending on gender.

Anyone else notice something like this?

Also, what are your preferences?

(even though I don't drink)
for as long as I can remember, it probably varies in size according to my diet :P

It's not really that noticeable when I have a shirt on but I'm quite short (about 5.4) so I'm a bit self-conscious about it Here's a pic from NYE for reference (had to cut off my mom)

If we switch the genders and keep the attributes, that would more or less be where my tastes fall -- love those tall, slim fem boys, and although I'm not bi, my female friends are mostly of the short, curvy, brash and confident variety.

Season 3 was much better, though
they did drag out the governor plot for ay too long and Andrea got killed (I'm one of the few who liked her).

Season 4 is so-so, for now. The beginning was slow and I got tired of that

And yeah, I couldn't stand most of Season 2 and 3.
Michonne
is pretty kickass though. Not a good enough reason to watch that show but a good reason nonetheless.

Michonne, hell, I loved Michonne and Andrea together and was so sad when they split up and that Michonne had to kill her (I'll admit I would have been cool with the idea of the two of them dating, haha)
. I still have hope for the rest of the season, but above all, I hope
Carol will come back
, she's become so badass lately.

My friend was sad about Andrea for the exact reason! It would have been interesting if they took their relationship in that direction.

I love that skit. Sadly, my test did not happen exactly like that.

Can't remember it all too well but were there really some romantic feelings between those two characters or is that just fan interpretation?
And yeah,
Andrea's death was unexpected and hit Michonne really hard.
Michonne specifically has to go through many hardships and I fear that she's going to die so brutally. ;_;

And Michonne can't die, or else I'm done with this show. She's too awesome to be removed. I'd rather see Carl go first, but then Rick would go batshit crazy all over again.

You're from Austria ? I went there in 2003. It was a summer camp which took place in Vienna. I was quite young so I don't really remember anything about it, except for the Mozarthaus Vienna, where Mozart used to live. Oh I also remember buying a lot of chocolate there :D

Yeah, Vienna is a city of sweets and coffee for me. I'd get so fat if I lived there. The art museums are great too. Did you visit one?

Oh, and I was in France in 2003 so that's a funny coincidence. I remember sand beaches (in the south of the country, near Nizza) and wide lavender fields (around the middle of the country).
France has some really beautiful places, I really have to take a trip there again.
