You all overestimate how willing I am to get hands on with any preparation for food, remedies, or otherwise. I don't make things that require any sort of utensil or cookware I'll need to wash after. I microwaved pre-sliced frozen chicken for dinner and put pre-cut salad mix on it with some of my selflessly charitable Newman's Own Lite Caesar, all together on a paper plate with a plastic fork. Bam!

Just took NyQuil Severe so we'll see. I want that NFL player commercial sleep they advertise. SEVERE

On another note, i recently got asked for a date though growlr, has anyone been on a date though a app so before? I haven't and just wondered whether its a thing people do alot.

Things with the guy I'm dating are going great in fact I talked to a friend about him and she was like BE CAREFUL!!!!

I mean, we seem to be really into each other, lots of "can't wait to see you again" and that kind of stuff. I've been to his restaurant and his place twice. We've fooled around in bed both times, last night he told me: we should try to just sleep sometime which is great by me too. Maybe he's had some bad experiences as well. Anyway, my friend was like: "You need to make yourself not so available to him". And I just hate those kind of games.

He's very busy with his restaurant everyday until late, so we're just trying to see each other as much as possible in the little time he has available. Maybe that could be an issue in the future but for now we're great. He's supposedly trying to detach himself a little bit from work, he told me he had some sort of breakdown recently, he lost a Chef so he had to be more involved but I think he already found a new one.

isn't that the freaking truth!?!?

I met this guy, he completely dissapeared since wednesday so I was obviously worried, and I sent messages with no response, he was obviously off line.

So I see he came back online, I want to message him and my friend is all "Do not do that!! you sent messages, he saw them, it's his problem". Urgh I said to hell with it and messaged again, he responded, and wants to meet, the "game" freaking sucks.

The first time I hooked up with someone it was with an older bi dude and we were watching tv or something and he used it as an insult towards one of the people on tv, and then apologized to me (because he knew I was gay). I was like 'wut' at first because I hadn't thought of it that way, but later when I did think about it it did kind of seem like a homophobic insult. So yeah I think there's like at least a subtext or something.

I don't know if he viewed himself as bi, he called himself a "free love kind of guy" (lol?) and was a gen-x-er, so who really knows how they view things. I guess so, but maybe being like a part-time cocksucker is better than being a 'full-time' cocksucker, idk :p

He was. He had lived in Australia for a while and fairly routinely pretended to have an Australian accent. I actually met him at a straight blues bar and I just casually agreed to give him a ride home, I didn't even realize he might be queer or that it was a hookup until I was invited into his house. Overall it was probably my weirdest social experience. He was really nice though.

I always thought that guys on those types of app (Growlr, Scruff, Grindr) were mostly into sex, hook-ups, etc. I got a few dates from Tinder and they always went well.

Actually I got one last Sunday and we're supposed to meet again on Friday for movies. Hopefully it will go smoothly, I usually lose interest on the second date. :/

Well thankfully this guy has been pretty enthusiastic since we met, telling me that he likes me a lot, that he wants to see me, etc. So I haven't held back on telling him that kind of stuff as well. We're both really into each other.

I think it depends on intent. If "cocksucker" is just a substitute for "gay", then yes, that's a homophobic insult. However, if it's only meant to describe someone who toads to someone and is willing to do anything (including sucking someones' cock) for profit, then it's not really homophobic.

Me too. I'm sure there will be.

I don't think the stitches look bad though, and I love that he's still rocking his open vest/army pants look, with a sweet new color scheme.

I wouldn't mind walking to this every morning. :) Today was great, we were all nervous on the onset but once we met with our nurses and started getting a flow of seeing patients and getting vitals it became much easier and dinner. I gave someone a bath and changed a diaper, moved a patient, drew up insulin and helped insert an IV. It was only an 8 hour shift but I didn't want it to end. lol
