Exactly my thought. Seeing all this talk of Britain made me realize how many people have been posting with British accents.

Can I please stop buying games? 2 weeks ago i bought 4 games and now I bought Injustice and Okami HD.
Like, I haven't even finished Tales of Symphonia and I still need to play Dawn of the New World, I need to finish Disgaea 3, Saint's Row 3 and Ass Creed 2. Besides that I have 4 PS1 JRPGs I need to play and I need to finish Persona 4

what the fuck

Same here. Still have a lot to play, and just bought a Wii U, no regret through XD
I have over 10 Games that I started and yet to finish.

I've just crossed off 3 games from my List this month, Valiant hearts, Bloodborne and OoT 3D. I'm now playing Mario Kart, and will probably give AA: Dual Destinies another try.

I also have Witcher 3 pre-ordered which I think I will only start playing in June or July, and also Life is Strange ep.3 is coming out next week.

So many games, so little time...

I guess my craze for British accents has waned to the point that I feel indifferent about them. Actually, I find them a bit annoying at times. :p

Especially when some American and non-British actors/artists try to do a British accent, it's so obvious.

It's opening in North Dallas. They had a mass job search on craigslist a while ago.

Are you gonna go?

Take it one game at a time.

I have about 10 queued up for the entire summer. Half new half replays.

Welcome your the club. I have a huge backlog of PC games. Haven't even played half of them. I don't even know why I buy games anymore.

ACII is really good.

I have enough games to last me a lifetime, hell, there's about 6 games I play once a year. I'm just a greedy bastard.

I might end up pulling back quite a bit soon, though. I'm becoming somewhat fatigued with games.

Okami is pissing me off because there's a cutscene every 3 minutes

is the whole game like this?

Okami is a wonderful game, BUT... the first few hours are SO text/cutscene heavy.. and the sound starts off as really annoying with how they talk, but trust me, it gets so much better. I wasn't impressed when I first started, but the game opens up and while there are obviously still cutscenes here and there, it's not too much.

TheSeks

Blinded by the luminous glory that is David Bowie's physical manifestation.
Cock piercings are even worse.

I dunno. I know someone with them, but they got them WAYYYY after sexual experiences with them. So I'm not in the "good/bad" camp for those. I don't think they're as bad as making holes in your ears, however.

There are large periods where you are allowed to play, but Issun will be interrupting with long dialogues throughout the adventure.
:/ that thing is so annoying, it reminds of the Twilight Princess tutorial section.
Change the text speed to fast
I can't find the option lol

That's what I'll try to do, but I get burned out really fast.

I guess I'll keep playing it but I'm not really seeing why it gets so much praise for now.

I would at least try to get past the first part because it's really meh, afterwards the game opens up and it's better. It's just way too long.

Also, I liked the battle system (and I had to play it on the Wii, which was hell for certain weapons), but the dungeons were severely lacking.

I learnt a valuable life lesson this evening. Do not, no matter what, make light of politics. And do not, by any means, defend the business you spent ten years building.

Do any of those and face the wrath of poliGAF.

Gameplay wise, it's a slightly watered down Zelda clone. But visually and aurally it is absolutely wonderful. And as text heavy as the characters get, it is probably the most beautiful story I've experienced in a game. There were several moments that hit me really hard. When he wants to be, Kamiya is really a great writer, as TW101 has one of my favorite stories of any game as well. Though that has more to do with the characters.

We're all in videogame overload. I finished Tales of Symphonia on PS3 this morning, and I need to complete The Last of Us Remastered. The Witcher 3 is out in two days, I just bought Dark Souls 2 because why not, Bloodborne needs to be completed, I have no less than 27928791273 PS+ games to touch at some point, but I still have this essay to complete that's due on Tuesday and I have to go to work tomorrow morning.

Though, once Xenoblade Chronicles X releases, every other game will likely be dropped immediately to make room for it.

I'll likely drop everything in favour of Xenoblade Chronicles X once it comes out at well. Kirby and the Rainbow Curse/Codename STEAM just got released here in Aus, I'm still many many hours away from finishing Captain Toad and Wind Waker HD and I like to practice Smash 4 every day.

I just finished Dragon Age Inquisition so thankfully I can go into the Witcher 3 clean without any bigass RPG's overlapping. My copy of Xillia 2 is still shrink wrapped.

FRACK. I forgot about finishing Windwaker HD. TOO. MANY. GAMES. TO. PLAY.

Edit: Oh, and I also bought the Mass Effect Trilogy on PS3 for $5, so that means it's time for yet another playthrough at some point someday.

The no girlfriend made it easy for me once. I thought one of my friends was gay and told him I had a crush on him. He rejected me obviously because he was straight but was cool with it. And feelings faded quickly. I think my problem with my current crush is that I'll probably never talk about my feelings for him and that silence is what is making me more addicted to him everyday. Doesn't help that he hugs a lot, smells nicely and everything he does is so perfect and carefully done and (the worst thing) he is my best friend.
Confronting sounds like it would help, but I never had the balls -_-
As of things that give me hope for the future, I think tumblr posts of gay couples have made me feel better in my loneliness. I love hose kind of pictures, specially since I very rarely see gay couples here because I live in a very homophobic area. Makes me realize that we need more exposure on media, I bet many young guys and girls struggle with their sexuality because they never see people like them in real life.
Regarding more representation, definitely. I recently wrote a (creative writing) essay somewhat mourning the lack of representation I had growing up and the fact that those who could have filled that void hid themselves exactly because we were children. Having a closeted gay teacher give you sex ed and show you educational materials that tell you about your future feelings for girls is a sad thing to reflect on, for both me and (presumably) the teacher. If he were still alive today, I'd love to be able to talk to him about that.
I was in a restaurant the other week having dinner with some friends and three of the tables near us were different same sex couples. And I was like 'omg this is so weird, I'm surrounded by the gays' 'but I am the gays' 'OMG I'm surrounded by US, yay!'
I love it when I see same sex couples, but am also sad at how few I see. Public displays of affection aren't very common here apart from holding hands making it even rarer.

I once had a condom workshop while in high school that was sponsored by the health clinic I used to volunteer at.

There were so many condoms and brands. Crown, Kimono, Trojan, Durex, some flavored condoms, Rough Riders (textured condoms), glow in the dark condoms, Pokemon themed condoms and many others I don't remember.

Now Crown are famed for being the porn condoms, because they're almost invisible and popular in the porn industry, at least that's what we were told. They're also the most expensive.

Kimono are known for making ultra thin condoms that feel like you don't have anything at all, supposedly.

Some flavored condoms actually taste really good while others taste like rubber. We got to chew flavored condoms, lol.

The glow in the dark look cool and the rough riders are supposed to provide a different feel because they have textured spots.

It was a fun event. So many condoms, they all looked like candy.

Did a thing from meetup.com. Only one other guy showed up, but he said more people usually come. It was still fine. We played some two player games, including some game that's kinda like Chess but more complicated. It was fun.

Got another meetup on Tuesday and that should be lots of fun with tons of people.

It's a fun little app, right? Great idea. I hopefully will get to meet more people this way.

I just checked the site and there's a lot of groups for girls it seems. From my area: there's the Women's Fishing Meetup, Stay at home mom's meetup, The Shy Diva Society, Lovely Ladies Living Life, Sisters in God, 4ever Girlfriends, Mommy and me fitness, and many others.

I don't think I would interested in any of them... lol :p

Nope, but I realized that the area was wrong. It gave a me a small city somewhere in maryland. I switched to DC and I found a lot of different groups. There's Go Gay DC: http://www.meetup.com/GoGayDC/

They're meeting tomorrow at the HRC to discuss some things. Seems like my kind of thing, and a great way to become involved (in person) with the community, and a perfect opportunity to get involved with the Human Rights Campaign (HRC)
they pay really good, even contractors.

The popping and unpopping of soap containers is a nightmare. I had a bottle of face cleanser on which you could lock the pump by popping it back down, so when I traveled, I would try to do that. In all cases, it would either:

1) Never pop down and I'd find some really odd way of packing it or just not take it
2) Unpop itself during the trip and pump soap everywhere
3) Not allow me to unpop it once I arrived and I'd have to follow the unscrew method

Ashamedly, for many attempts, I also was quite dumb and would try to pop it down while I still had top screwed in, which meant I wasted a TON of soap as I struggled over and over again to make it work. It took me way too long to realize I could unscrew it first...

Just got back from Mad Max.

Checking my instagram, apparently someone that I followed just liked spacebridge picture.

What a small world.

This could be Chuck Tingle's notes for his next story.

Ban me from donating blood if old:

FDA To Lift Ban on Gay Blood Donation

The Food and Drug Administration has formally proposed letting gay and bisexual men donate blood, so long as they've abstained from sex for a year.

The recommendation changes the current guidance, which is that any man who have ever had sex with another man in his entire life should never be able to donate blood. It's a policy that has enraged gay rights groups and that is virtually impossible to enforce.

Looks like they're still stigmatizing gays/bisexuals to me. If you're going to have a "period of abstinence" policy like this, it should apply to everyone. But even that's unnecessary, because can't tests nowadays detect HIV less than a week after sex?

Oh well, one small step towards progress and sanity.
