DHL delivery. Hmmm, I suspect that will incur customs in the UK. I may have to reconsider collecting just the key ones only if so.

I just got my dispatch email as well - and its coming by DHL. Not a fan, I hate DHL since they are so damn lazy over where I live. I hope they actually bother to deliver my package this time, unlike my 3DS I ordered a few years back...

No, iirc you get contacted and will receive an invitation to pay before they deliver your package.

Very very mad with the dhl shipping too. Very bad lrg not happy with it.
I have been supporting you since day 1 I noticed with smrpg,but this isn't the way, it's the WORST international shipping method here in Spain, so if you keep doing it I will have to stop buying at least the not necessary ones like futuridium.Also was not true the fact that international orders have already been shipped.

My Oddworld copies are in customs duty here in Germany. I thought it was marked with a low value? Any other german buyers here with similar experiences? That's additional costs 19% of the complete value for both games and shipping. :/

Thanks for the info, that tracking page works perfectly. Odd that my order page says DLH though, since clicking on the tracking number through LRG's site (in my order profile page) I'm taken to DLH's website.
Are you sure you will have to pay extra? Mine were stuck in the Canadian customs for whatever reason for 5 days before they released them. Stuff like that can happen but no charges were added.
I once had a friend in Belgium who had to pay extra in spite of the product being marked down. Maybe the German is strict like that too.

If they don't believe the value on the package, they will make an estimate of its value themselves.
That could be $40 or $50 for a brand new Vita game, and then another $20 or so for shipping.
I've actually had it happen a couple of times that I had to pony up VAT and an administrative fee based on an estimated amount. In my country tracked shipping is automatically estimated at $20 if they don't know the actual value (i.e. the shipping cost is not available on the shipping label).
Edit: in Germany though, customs will contact you directly and you will have to go show your invoice at one of their offices, and pay up, afaik.

Yeah, but this has never ever happened to me for a package that has been marked down under the threshold, in hundreds of orders over 10+ years. So it's weird.
They caught on and now they're going to charge you for 10+ years worth of custom fees!

Oh man, I'd love be to see retail copies of Bastion for both Vita & PS4. Then Transistor on PS4.
Daaamn I had no idea. I'd prefer a vita copy though. Oh well.

Me, too. Physical Vita was originally announced for Asia region but eventually it got cancelled.

They have a standard CN22 customs form that says 7 USD iirc. No invoice.
Anyone else here where DHL tracking still doesn't work? My tracking number keeps on resulting in an error ((Not found): No result found for your DHL query. Please try again. ).
Even if USPS took a long time to process pre-shipment, at least it gave me some information as soon as it was marked shipped. DHL gives me bupkis.

It's handled by APC (the fulfillment partner), who then decides the best shipping method based on location. Some are USPS I believe. I still don't know how mine will arrive here even though it has been shipped a while ago.
I only heard about it on twitter and someone posted it here, official LRG communication is a bit lacking lately.
O, yeah, now I see that post here, of course that's the one I missed... But thanks for the reply, it's still USPS for me and it already cleared customs yesterday if tracking is to be believed.

edit : i ask my girlfriend yep loose too, this is ridiculous, do something about that this is real problem.

The only way to do something about it is to tell Sony to stop cheaping out on box quality. It literally has nothing to do with LRG when there is an issue with the Sony mandated boxes they have everyone use.
Exactly this. I get review copies from Sony and the discs are loose half the time. LGR isn't to blame.
The real problem is people not reading that the issue isn't exclusive to LRG.

Hope the shipping issues with France in particular don't discourage you guys. I guess I will take back what I said about wanting the option for no tracking on international orders.

That was due to the change in the shipping people. I think they still want to do it.
They've said the next release will have the black envelope again.
