Most individual sports are longer tournaments, archery, tennis, swimming, etc.

I agree on the fist few examples. Also boring.

But a heat, semi, and final is not the same. They happen over two days. Hardly a tourney since I only watch the finals anyways :P. I am more referring to the sports you have to spend a week watching (or more) before winner decided.

as powerful as the spikes from hitters seem to be, liberos usually end up being my favourite players regardless of affiliation.

quick lead in this set was key imo, hoping for more next set

Is it wrong that I'm considering recording the Eurosport 3D coverage of the beach volleyball? Just for research purposes of course

Is it Woman's Basketball. Woman's basketball is the one woman's sport I can't really watch. The quality difference between the mens version and the woman's version is the largest.

Yeah. It's Great Britain aswell so the quality might be even less, unless I'm mistaken and

we're actually really good at it.

Wow. I just noticed tabletennis player Timo Boll lost earlier today

He was one of the few players who could challenge the Chinese (on a very good day)

Is basketball always this scrappy? It's looks a bit crap.

Watch the men's competition. It's a very, very different game. Watch tomorrow's game between France and Argentina. It's more representative of what a high-tier international match would be like (still a notch below a typical NBA game though).

What a mess.

Don't worry GB's women's basketball team, you did your best and I bet you're glad to be there. Right?!

EDIT: I'm being a bit hard of them to be honest. They did a genuinely good job.
