Churandy in the final alongside these beasts, brilliant.

Pumped for the 100m final, I think Blake is going to do it. But I hope for Usain to break the WR. Last time he was cheering, losing hundreds. Although hes never been as fast as 2009 anymore I think.

All non-track-and-field British athletes should come receive their golds in the stadium; it isn't fair they're missing the stadium singing the anthem.

Won't lie. Whenever I hear the British national anthem I always head God Bless America in my head and it throws me for a loop. Whose terrible idea was it to write a song to THAT tune?

I copied the reaction times as I remember GAF likes this kind of shit:

God I love watching the 100m. I still can remember exactly where I was when Donovan Bailey broke the record and got gold for Canada and then he did it again in the 4x100 surprising everyone. Greatest Olympic moment for Canada.

Mo Farah's wiki page getting a lot of edits:

Mohamed "Mo" Farah (born 23 March 1983) is a fantastic athlete, he is better than anybody else in olympic history, so please, everybody, are you mad? Are you actually mad 'bro'? He is also anBritish Somali international track and field athlete. He is the current 10,000m Olympic Champion and 5000m world champion. On the track, he generally competes over 5000 metres and 10,000 metres, but also runs the 3000 metres and occasionally the 1500 metres. He has expressed a desire to move up to the marathon after the 2012 Olympics.[3] He won gold at the London 2012 Olympics in the 10,000 metres.

WTF?

Bolt and Blake will easily run in the 9.6s for the final with Gatlin third. They could also both go under 9.6 the way I see them right now.

Hmm

You mean My Country Tis O Thee?

It was written to be the ultimate troll against the British, we took their national anthem and adapted it to be a patriotic song about our freedom. It was actually considered at one point for the U.S. national anthem, but people decided that it would be unsavory to have a national anthem based off of God Save the Queen.
