Hanayo and Mokoi's first happy time wasn't the special time they hoped it would be.
What little motivation I had died after hearing the event song. I won't be getting Kayo-chin today. Also I got errands to go run.
The song is bad though. Not hard to play, but just a very unpleasant song to listen too.
ahhh a good 7,5 hours of sleep in between games
i am still at arround 63lp in jpn version and 45lp in the eng version.

I usually just maximize LP until the last day then I'll spend gems as many times as needed to get the second card. Hopefully I get it this time and avoid being 200 points short like I was with Nico.

It wasn't lack of love gems it was lack of time. (I thought I would be smart and save 500 tokens 3hrs before the event ended. Turns out it takes longer to burn through tokens then I thought)
Doing the math it should have only taken like 30 minutes max. Were you busy with other stuff??

I wasn't thinking I'd be too many points short of top 1000. Turns out I was several thousand points short so I had to spend loveca as fast as possible but in the end I didn't make it.
I was wondering why I was getting some many requests. Forgot I set UR Hanayo as my main.

This is the first time I've flown in a while but apparently US Airways finally recognizes that airplane mode is a thing and there is a paid wifi service while in the air. My best friend's sister flies a lot for work so I'm using her wifi subscription.

Yes you can use them as fodder if you like or you can use them to level up the skills of the same card. Although that wouldn't make any sense because you should just use non idolized rare cards if you plan to level up the skills. Hope that makes sense. I'm super tired, ans been writing very incoherent the past hour.
I should actually probably not say first try, it's not like I haven't played it a hundred times or something stupid in JP. =p

Same thing is happening with me. Granted it only takes an extra...5 seconds maybe, to go through the title screen and all that, but it's still annoying.
Oh, also annoying is having 71LP, since I can't immediately use my Loveca for a refresh in grinding the event song. I have to use up 50LP, wait 24 minutes, and then use the extra 4LP I gained on the 25LP song and THEN use my Loveca. It'll be so much easier when I hit 75LP...
You guys are nutters -- I forgot the event even started. Then again, I had a busy day at work -- wouldn't have been able to play even if I wanted to.
Welcome to mobile games, where you either have to play like a cheapskate or go full whale to get anywhere. Trying to dink and dunk your way to success in this game is only going to lead to Despair. You really are unlikely to make any more progress than if you spent absolutely nothing unless you drop a whole wad of cash.
I'm hesitant to spend more money on this game, despite really enjoying it, since I'm not sure of its longevity. I don't mind spending money on Puzzle & Dragons, since that will be around for a very long time [it helps that it's an original IP and not based off an anime series], but for Love Live, this game could be a distant memory in late 2015.
Granted, I've already spend over $50, so I contributed to it a bit, I'm just a bit reluctant to put anymore into it. I'll likely save up/use whatever Loveca I get in general progression and see how things go. :/

Nope, definitely not just you. It started sometime yesterday [before maintenance] and, considering that was no patch, I'm not sure what it could be. Maybe something on their sever-side?
And yeah, 75LP must be nice. Once I hit that point, I'll sit there and just power through my remaining Loveca for the event. I'm not sure if I'll make it for Hanayo, but definitely for the next one.

By the way, this no resume thing is irritating. I had just started a 25LP song and needed to go do something. No problem, right? Just Pause and then come back to it! I hit Pause, locked my screen [I didn't even press the Home button], and was gone for no more than two minutes. When I unlocked the screen it immediately loaded the title screen. When I went to look at my LP, 25LP was gone and the song was immediately wasted. I am not happy.
So as a warning to those suffering this same issue, if you start a song...finish it. If you lock your screen, for anything whatsoever, you will likely lose all of the LP you put into it.
Normally I wouldn't be upset, but since this is happening during an event [where LP is extremely important], it's especially bothersome. ~_~
But Aishiteru Banzai was there since last week...
