What actually justifies as a drop in madden? Because it seems like almost every game I have several plays i consider a drop and might end up with 1 at the end of the game.

It will say drop in the statistics at the end of the game!

I had two versus Baltimore the other night. Two passes out in the flats to each of my RB's, both were open and had some space, but dropped the pass.

Of course they drop the pass. I'm saying I have players all day drop passes and it doesn't count them as drops. Yet sometimes on the same exact play it will. So I'm asking what is the cutoff justification between a drop pass and not worth counting the statistic. I figured it would be it hits them in the hands they have it for ~a step or at least .1 seconds and then bam they drop it. But that happens all the time and its not a drop.

I'm just asking for those who actually know what the justification line is. I have my guesses but they don't mean anything obviously because their wrong as well.

His overall is different in each category. For example, Carr is a mid 90s return man, but is a 58 CB. His return ability does not factor into his HB rating...though his pass catching does.
