Almost an early contender for this year's Darwin Award.

How do you even fit that thing in your mouth?

This isn't a fast food restaurant. This seems like a sit down restaurant that just has fucking bizarro burgers.

Oh, thanks for the info. In any case I can't seem to find decent data regarding fast-food restaurants per nation, but I found this regarding fast-food chains throughout the US.

So Orlando has the greatest concentration of fast-food restaurants in the US, here is a choice quote.

"The home of Disney World is also home to a whopping 34 Burger King locations (14.4 locations per 100,000 residents), 24 Taco Bells, 22 Pizza Huts, 19 KFCs, 7 Chili’s restaurants, 9 Panera Breads and 6 Outback Steakhouses."

Seriously, that is ridiculous...

Yo dawg, I heard you like heart-attacks, so we put a heart-attack inside your heart-attack burger so you can die while you die.

Orlando = ~240K residents, >50 million tourists a year

I guess they're trying to rid the world of obese people. I mean who the hell lets people that weigh over 350 pounds eat burgers and fries for free?

Can't be the first time that's happened over there, right? Looking at the picture, that burger may as well be an assassin.

If you have a heart attack while eating something, is it that exact thing you are eating that is causing it? Is that possible?

Oh yeah, good point.

Alright so the only numbers I could find we these. As expected the US has the highest density of fast-food restaurants per capita, though surprisingly Canada is very close behind.

"Countries with the highest density of restaurants per capita were the U.S. and Canada: 7.52 and 7.43 per 100,000 people, respectively. In the U.S. the prevalence of obesity for men and women is about 32%, while in Canada it's about 23%.

Japan, however, has far fewer of the fast-food restaurants, 0.13 per 100,000 people, and a far lower obesity rate: 2.9% for men and 3.3% for women. Similarly, Norway has 0.19 restaurants per 100,000 people and an obesity rate of 6.4% for men and 5.9% for women."

So 7.52 is still extremely high, and definitely a concern when you look at the Obesity rate.

I guess technically the exertion of eating caused the heart attack, but obviously if your heart can't handle you chewing a lot, your days are numbered anyway. But no, it's not like the grease instantly clogged up his arteries or something.

Saw a photoshop of the full version of this picture where they switched the burger and his head. Can't find it now. So funny

Edit: Found it. Could have been done better, now that I'm looking at it

But being serious for a second, from a health perspective, would eating something like this be really bad for you? Yeah there's tons of calories and other bad stuff but I mean, if you were a healthy person and just had something like this once, would there be any long term health effects from it?

Not unless you choked on it.

I've eaten at Heart Attack Grill before. It's fun for a one time thing but I honestly had a headache after eating there.

The Coney Island hot dog eating contest ends up being about 20,000 calories for the champ (i.e. Joey Chestnut). Hasn't killed anyone yet.

Hold on, friend! I'd love to share with you some swell news about the Windows 8 Metro UI! Wait, where are you going?
Las Vegas restaurant that offers "Bypass" burgers, "Flatliner" fries and free meals to people over 350 pounds.

This is the most disturbing part of the article to me.
